The climax of legal redemption was the seating of the Lord Jesus at the right hand of the Father.
After He had been made sin, after He had paid the penalty of our sin, and after He had suffered all that justice demanded of us, then Jesus Christ, arose from the dead.
This was the highest honor that YHVH had ever conferred upon man.
The Son became a man, identified Himself with the human race, delivered the human race from the authority of Satan, and carried His blood into the holy of holies to make eternal redemption for us.
Then He sat down at the right hand of the majesty on high.
We were raised together with Him.
YHVH declared we were seated together with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. This is the realm of the spirit, the unseen realm. We have delegate authority in the whole of the spirit realm including the second heaven, where unfortunately Satan the god of this world is still operating, by the church giving him illegal authority by agreeing with doctrines of devils. He is a squatter and it is our job to displace him, Jesus is not going to do it for us, but with us.
Ephesians 2: 6 and raised (legal redemption) us up together and made us sit (legal redemption) together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
Jesus is seated at God’s right hand in the third heaven. He is our representative. He is there to represent us.
This is the crowning event in redemption, a Man seated at God’s right hand, and that Man is the head of the new creation, the new body of Christ in the earth, the church.
Ephesians 1: 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.
Not only are we seated in in the heavenly places in Christ, but we are also blessed with every spiritual blessing that is necessary to maintain our placement there as members of His body.
In the mind of YHVH, every one of us is now in Christ. YHVH sees us in Him.
When we go to the throne of grace in prayer, it is as though Jesus were going there, for we go in His name, he goes with us.
The throne of grace is a different place in the spirit realm, than the throne Jesus sits upon a the right hand of the Father.
It is the throne where we legally appropriate, what we need so that we can vitally become a manifestation of it here on earth.
Colossians 3: 3 For you died (legal redemption), and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
Hebrews 9: 24 For Christ has not entered the holy places made with hands, which are copies of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us.
He is there at the right hand of the Father as our representative, as our Lord who gave Himself for us. We can see that our redemption is a legally complete, and finished thing.
If Christ sat down at God’s right hand, it is because the Father accepted Him and accepted what He did for us. The fact that He is seated there is the seal of our acceptance in the Beloved.
