A bag with holes

The word of the Lord has come unto the prophet, and the Lord did speak unto him and give him this word that he should speak it to the people, that they had looked for much and so the Lord brought it to nought. They did earn wages and put them in a bag full of holes. Behold, they did gather much together and the Lord did blow upon it and it came to nothing.

So shall it be with those in this generation who have sought after their own covetous ways. For shall not the Lord strip men of the things they have glorified in, and their pride that has mastered them? O little flock, be not fearful of the sacrifice, yea of even giving thine own selves unto the Lord. For those that do labor for themselves shall come to nought, and he that shall lose his life for my sake shall find it, saith the Lord. He that giveth forth shall reap, behold how bountifully shall he reap. If he sow sparingly, he shall reap sparingly. If he give himself unto the Lord, then the Lord shall bless him in that measure.

Look unto the Lord, for He is able to deliver thee from the plague that cometh. He is able to deliver thee from the need that arises, that sweepeth through the land like a terror. He is able to bless thee, to bless thy bread and to multiply it. He is able to bless thee and to cause peace to rest upon thee. He is able to anoint thee that thou shalt arise and do the will of the Lord. Who is he that shall condemn thee and cast thee down if thy God shall hold thee up? He is the Lord. Mighty is His arm stretched out unto thee.

Be not fearful to walk the way of the Lord. Yea, be not of a selfish heart, but give thyself wholly unto the Lord, for the Lord’s abundance shall be rained upon thee, and there shall be no lack in those that put their trust in the Lord. Yea, thou shalt have an abundance with the Lord, for He is able to rain upon thee and cause His provision to rest upon thee.

EXHORTATION

It is very difficult to detect the presence of Satan himself, more difficult to discern then anything else. Demons of various types are readily discerned. Signs of any mystical, psychic, or spiritual phenomena are also very readily detected. When God has given someone a word or a promise, right in the dawn of its fulfillment, Satan will hit. We are never hit directly by Satan unless we are on the brink of something tremendous. If we are really intelligent in the ways of the Lord, this will bring the greatest time of rejoicing we have ever known.

EXHORTATION

Declare what God has declared. When God says something, you never go wrong if you go right along like a parrot and keep saying it too. If you say it with all your heart, you will realize how you can overcome everything else that comes against you. The beginning of all temptation and of all defeat is in question, “Hath God said?” That’s the question that was first asked by the serpent in the Garden of Eden. Satan has never changed his tactics. He hasn’t needed to, because people are still as stupid now as they were then. If he can just get them to question God and to doubt His word, he has them defeated. Whatever God says, that’s what we say with a positive declaration.

NEW ONES ARE IN THY MIDST

Yea, the Lord thy God has sifted those that have come into thy midst, and behold, ye stand before the Lord. The sifting is past, and now are there not new ones in thy midst again? For the Lord doth bring a new harvest unto thee and they too shall hear the Word of the Lord. Therefore, arise as one man and prophesy unto these that are in the House of the Lord. Prophesy strength unto the wayfarer that cometh seeking thy God with thee. Yea, prophesy until his soul shall be exhorted and his heart shall be lifted up to seek the Lord thy God, and the Lord shall meet him in these evil times. For behold, in the land the people do groan; behold, the people do mourn. There is a famine in the land for the hearing of the Word of the Lord. Therefore, prophesy the Word of the Lord unto the hungry that cometh into thy midst. For new ones doth the Lord bring in thy midst to hear the Word and to share thy bread.

Arise and prophesy and praise the Lord together, and sing aloud the songs of Zion. For behold, in the land is there not a great mourning in the hearts of the people? Behold, do they not come to the house of the Lord and yearn to be fed. Therefore look unto the Lord; rejoice ye in Him and walk softly before thy God in all obedience. Let there be a readiness of thy mind to exhort one another and encourage one another. For behold, all do follow the same path, yea, all do come through the same Red Sea. All do pass through the same wilderness, all are oppressed by the same enemy. Strengthen thou one another, for behold the things that are being wrought in thee are also being wrought in thy brothers.
