Behold the promise of the Lord shall no more be deferred, neither shall the enemy be able to hinder, for behold His going forth is as sure as the morning.
The day hath come that the Lord thy God shall bless and shall rain a double portion upon those that hath sought the Lord and prepared their heart to walk in the way of the Lord.
This day the Lord hath said unto thine heart, regard not the lies of the enemy, let not thine heart be built up in fear, for that which the Lord hath spoken hath come to the hour of fulfillment, and that which the Lord hath caused to rest upon thee shall no longer move in small measure but shall function and shall flow out as rivers of living water.
The day hath come for which thy heart hath hoped, a day in which His people shall walk—not because of their worthiness not because they have come to the place where they have earned merit before their God, but in mercy and love.
In the rain of righteousness upon them shall He bring forth a remnant that shall do all of His bidding and proclaim His Word in the earth.
The hour hath come in which the Lord speaketh unto thy heart and He saith, “Now shalt thou believe to move: ye shall believe to go forth: ye shall believe to perform all the words of the Lord.
There shall not be that which shall hinder thee, for the assault of the enemy shall be surely thrust aside. The devices of the enemy shall be brought to nought; everything that conspireth against thee shall the Lord thy God bring down.
The Lord shall be a fortress round about thee to protect thee. He shall be a high wall of defense and ye shall learn to trust in the Lord and depend upon Him.
The hour has come in which the presence of the Lord shall be known unto His people. He shall move with them, they shall sense Him, they shall be aware of Him, they shall no more go at their own initiative neither shall they follow their own wisdom, but the Lord God shall be a light upon their path. He shall direct them in the way that they shall go.
He shall prepare their hands for battle. He shall teach their tongue as the tongue of the learned to speak forth His Word and instruct the babes.
The hour hath come of victory, O house of the Lord, the hour that thy heart hath hoped for. Behold, the Lord doth move upon the earth. Yea, thou hast beheld the mounting clouds of blessing over thee for many a season, the rains have been falling upon thee.
Now doth the hour come in which the Lord saith unto thine heart, “Open wide thy heart to drink of the Lord, let thy capacity be enlarged.” Yea, open thy mouth wide to receive the rain in the time of the latter rain, for the Lord shall move upon His people.
The enemy hath come with contention against the people of the Lord and hath said, “It shall not be. It shall be deferred. It shall be for another season, it shall be for another day and thy heart shall not walk in it.”
But the Lord saith, “This is the day that I make and bring forth for thee to walk in. Ye shall rejoice in it and ye shall walk with faith. Ye shall appropriate day by day the blessing that hovereth over thee as a cloud.” Behold, ye shall be anointed to walk in all His will, yea the Lord shall do a mighty work in the earth, and does not thy heart leap for joy at the work that hath been performed within thee? Thou shalt be a part of all that cometh forth.
The hearts of my people have been cast down and many have become discouraged, and said, “We have looked for much and lo, it has come to little. We had expected great things on the morrow and behold it hath been a long season,” but the Lord saith unto thee, “Let not thy hopes be cast aside. Yea, thou hast need of patience for thou hast done the will of God: now thou shalt receive the promise.” The hour is upon thee that no more shalt thou say, “Behold it is deferred,” but from day to day shall not the testimony of the people of the Lord be, “I expected much, but behold, He exceeded my expectation? Yea, He hath rained upon me a double portion, He hath brought more than my heart could receive.” Thou shalt say as the Psalmist of old, “I had too small a cup, it runneth over for the blessing was too great to contain.”
Thou shalt not say, “There are problems in the way.” Thou shalt not say, “There are stumbling blocks in the way.” Thou shalt not say, “Behold the mountain, behold the sea and I cannot pass over,” for the Lord maketh a way where there is no way and He bringeth down the mountains and filleth the valleys.
He is the Lord that ruleth, and hath He commanded thou shalt be enabled by the very word of direction? Hath He spoken, behold, move forward? For thou shalt find in the act of thine obedience, as thy hand is stretched forth in weakness, His hand is stretched forth in strength. Thy strength shall be perfected in thy weakness, for the power of God shall rest upon thee.
This is not the time in which thy heart should look to its own adequacy or sufficiency. Thou shouldest not look to thine own worthiness, for God hath never ordained that He should bring forth this glorious day upon the earth by the worthy and by those that have seemed to deserve it.
The poor, the weak, the halt, the lame and the blind shall feast of the goodness of the Lord and shall enter into the thing which the Lord hath prepared for them.
Now enter in with all thy heart to behold that the beauty of the Lord shall be seen in Zion, a wall of fire round about His people and the glory in the midst of her. No more shall they say, “Where is thy God?” But thou shall say, “Rejoice and sing, O Zion, for thy God reigneth.”
