Exhortation
God has been showing us the difference between illusion and reality. The illusion that the enemy creates can be so deceptive. We stand upon the reality which is based upon what God has said. Everyone goes through problems in which they seem to have victory on the one hand and unexplainable defeats on the other. But they are only seeming defeats. We are to claim victory in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Recall to mind what the Scripture says, … I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the evil one. I John 2:14. Our prayers must be, “Lord, let that word which You have spoken to our hearts abide in us. Let it be a living vital force, flowing through us continually.” Therein is our strength and therein is the overcoming of the wicked one.
