TWO RELATIONSHIPS
We have two relationships with God, one in the time realm and one in eternity.
In the time realm we have two relationships with God- now in the present moment and one in the future.
Hebrews 10: 14 For by one offering he hath perfected (past-perfect tense-the finished result of the action, To complete, make perfect by reaching the intended goal, a spiritual condition brought about by the action) forever (two words in the Greek 1- motion into 2- perpetually) them that are sanctified (continuous or repeated action, to purify, to set apart exclusively for Gods use).
Christians are not just forgiven, they are perfect. In the realm of eternity in which we already exist, we are perfect.
Heaven is different than eternity because there is time there also. Hours in heaven are like minutes on earth, the time there is different and you are never late for anything.
As we go through the veil into heaven God takes off the filthy garments and clothes us with His righteousness. All real change happens beyond the veil. As we ascend into heaven we enter into perfection, because of our exposure to God.
In the time realm we can also experience perfection when we are in the Spirit and walk in the spirit, because we are God conscious.
We need to learn how to see one another in the spirit and not in the flesh.
2 cor5:14For the love of Christ constraineth (1-together with. 2-continued possession. To be under the influence of, to control, to be occupied with, to compel, to drive) us; because we thus judge , that if one died for all, then were all dead (specific point past, lit., “to die off or out,” ): 15And that he died for all, that they which live (be alive to)should not henceforth live unto themselves (lit., “in yourselves,”), but unto him which died for them, and rose again. 16Wherefore (so then) henceforth (1-of separation 2-at this time, the present, now) know we no man after (according to) the flesh : yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh yet now henceforth know we him no more. 17Therefore if any manbe in Christ, he is a new (quality-divine)creature (the act of creating, a new species of being that has never existed before),: old things are passed away (to pass away, perish); behold (to see,” calling attention to what may be seen or heard or mentally apprehended in any way), all things (each, every, any, all, the whole, everyone, all things, everything) are become (to become, i.e. to come into existence, begin to be, receive being) new (as respects substance, of a new kind, unprecedented, novel, uncommon, unheard of) 18And all things (totality, the whole) are of (motion out of) God, who hath reconciled (definiteness of action with permanent results, of persons, “to change from enmity to friendship, to reconcile, a relationship of peace) us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given (definiteness of action, to impart by the Spirit) to us the ministry (the office and work of a diakonos“, service, ministering, esp. of those who execute the commands of others ) of reconciliation (restoration to favor);
The Holy Spirit is prophetic, he shows us our future. The things we may be struggling with now do not exist in our future. Whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world.
We have the seed of God in us, which contains a perfect life that grows into a perfect manifest male or female son. We are living in an imperfect world which has the ideal conditions in which we can exercise in the divine nature and grow spiritually. This world is actually like a school or a training ground.
We have to learn how to enter into the kingdom, which is a spiritual realm where Jesus is Lord and we become aware of His presence and then as a gateway bring that realm into the earth, it is through the spirit that we overcome.
Rom 6:1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin (singular, not plural), that grace (divine influence) may abound (Overflow)? 2 God forbid How shall we, that are dead (action that happens at a specific point in the past, be dead) to sin, live any longer therein? 3 Know ye not (occurring now, not-recognize), that so many of us that were baptized (specific point past, submerged) into (motion into) Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
The word sin means without-inheritance. It is anything contrary to the divine nature.
11 Likewise reckon (command-continuous, to occupy mind with, to rely on, to conclude, settled, mode of thinking) ye also yourselves to be dead (completely dead, inactive with regard to sin, inoperative) indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through (intimate union with) Jesus Christ our Lord.
We are to reckon ourselves dead unto sin and alive unto God. We are to know no person after the flesh, but see them in the Spirit and speak it into existence.
Our spiritual growth is a growing awareness; it is a consciousness where the mind and emotions of God are flowing into us.
Our life is in the spirit, so we have to learn how to be filled with the Spirit and walk in the Spirit.
Gal 5:16 This I say then, Walk(command continuous, be occupied with, to pursue a course of action or way of life, conduct oneself) in the Spirit, and ye shall not(no, never) fulfill (, to carry it out)the lust (strong desire, longing, craving) of the flesh.
There are three words in the Greek for no. a conditional negative, a full negative and a double negative. This word no is a double negative, which means that if we walk in the spirit it is impossible to fulfill the lust of the flesh because we are in a different realm, a different consciousness.
We have to learn how to join our spirit to the Lord in first love, where his life flows into and through our spirit into our soul where our soul becomes conscious of the presence of God.
Our mind is conscious of God’s thoughts. Our emotions are conscious of God’s feelings. Our reason is full of God’s revelation. Our conscience is pure through the blood. Our imagination is receiving impressions from God. Our will is strengthened by God and we are making choices which are being led by the Spirit. We are aware of God inside us and the moving of His Spirit in us and we are walking it out in the earth. Our consciousness of God is greater than our consciousness of anything else.
