Rom 12:1 Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. 2And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
Being a living sacrifice is living a resurrected life, we are not dead sacrifices because we have already been co-crucified with Jesus and now have a new life which is not to be lived for ourselves but for Him. Engaging heaven as a mountain to flow into the earth as gateway.
The purpose of being a sacrifice is worship choosing to fulfil His will which is my agreed destiny. Jesus was the ultimate and perfect example of a living sacrifice by choosing daily to only do what He saw the Father doing in relationship. Dual realms living.
Being a living sacrifice is living in a metamorphosis process of continually being transformed and conformed to sonship. Being a living sacrifice is embracing the restoration of our image by beholding our Father and becoming like what we see reflected in the mirror of His face.
Being a living sacrifice is living in a relationship of face-to-face innocence. Being a living sacrifice is living yoked to Jesus in a state of rest for my soul. Being a living sacrifice is surrendering the seat of rest and government to the Father by daily abdicating the rule of my own life.
Being a living sacrifice is living continually on the altar of incense and the altar of burning coals and having the attitude of here am I send me. Being a living sacrifice is being a reflection of I am. –here am I send me. Being a living sacrifice is living from the scroll of the book to do the Father’s will.
Being a living sacrifice is living from the Father’s heart in time with the rhythm of His desire. Being a living sacrifice is to live loved, love living and live loving. Being a living sacrifice is living life voluntarily not under compulsion, legalism, bondage, obligation or expectation.
Being a living sacrifice is freely giving what is freely received. Being a living sacrifice is being blessed to be a blessing. Being a living sacrifice is being fruitful, multiplying, increasing, subduing and ruling.
Being a living sacrifice is being a son of God. Being a living sacrifice is being seated at the right hand of the Father in heaven. Being a living sacrifice is living in dual realms seated in heavenly places in Christ.
Being a living sacrifice is being in His name YHVH. Being a living sacrifice is carrying the government of the 4 faces of God. Being a living sacrifice is having a renewed mind.
Being a living sacrifice is having the mind of Christ. Being a living sacrifice is bringing pleasure to the Father’s heart. Being a living sacrifice is loving God with all our heart, mind, strength.
Being a living sacrifice is loving our Neighbour as we love our self. Being a living sacrifice is living for the freedom of creation. Being a living sacrifice is being joined to the Lord and one spirit with Him.
Being a living sacrifice is being an offering and sweet smelling savor to God’s glory and honor. Being a living sacrifice is being filled to overflowing with love, joy and peace. Being a living sacrifice is living under grace and not law.
Being a living sacrifice is living by the faith of the Son of God. Being a living sacrifice is living a life of forgiveness. Being a living sacrifice is being a royal priest of the order of Melchizedek.
Being a living sacrifice positions us for the authority of sonship. Being a living sacrifice enables us to govern and rule the house. Being a living sacrifice enables us to have charge of the courts of heaven.
Rom 12:1 Live consistent with who you really are, inspired by the loving kindness of God. My brothers, the most practical expression of worship is to make your bodies available to him as a living sacrifice; this pleases him more than any religious routine. He desires to find visible, individual expression in your person.
Rom 12:2 Do not allow current religious tradition to mold you into its pattern of reasoning. Like an inspired artist, give attention to the detail of God’s desire to find expression in you. Become acquainted with perfection. To accommodate yourself to the delight and good pleasure of him will transform your thoughts afresh from within.
(The word, aion, is traditionally translated as “do not be conformed to this world.” Actually aion points to a period of time of specific influence. In the context of this writing, Paul refers to the religious traditional influence of his day. The word euarestos, comes from eu, praiseworthy, well done + arestos, meaning to accommodate one’s self to the opinions, desires, and interests of others.)
Sacrificial lamb was prepared by the priest. Ex 29:16 And you shall kill the ram 17 And you shall cut the ram in pieces and wash its entrails and legs and put them with its pieces and its head, Slit its throat (dead) drained the blood.
Skinned it. Split it open &washed it’s inner organs. Split open backbone to reveal the marrow. Chopped off its head. Cut off its legs.
Head chopped off -head is about government, rule or authority. Surrendering our choices, our rights & decision making. We become connected to the Head Jesus. Luke 22:42 yet not My will, but Yours be done.
John 4:34 My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to accomplish His work. John 5:30 I can do nothing on My own initiative. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.
Eph4:15 but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ. Isa 9:6 For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; Matt 11:29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
Now seek first the Kingdom; God’s rule in you and your dominion in your world. You seek His righteousness His way of being (Fruit of the Spirit) and doing (Power of the Spirit). You are under authority and you exercise authority. You confidently expect God to add to you all that you need.
Your legs chopped off symbolic of a surrendered walk –an obedient walk. 1 John 2:6 the one who says he abides in Him (Jesus) ought himself to walk in the same manner as He walked. Gal 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. You now walk by Jesus’ faith not sight.
Heb9:24 For Christ did not enter a holy place made with hands, a mere copy of the true one, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us; Heb10:19 Therefore, brethren, since we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way which He inaugurated for us through the veil, that is, His flesh, 21 and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22 let us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
Rom 12:1Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. 2And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
Steps like Jacob’s ladder leading up to heaven. There is a door standing open in heaven. Hear the invitation to come up here •Walk up those steps to the door. Now step through the veil into the kingdom realm.
Jesus is standing in the doorway. Present yourself to Jesus your High Priest as a living sacrifice. Turn the desire of your heart towards your position of heavenly government. Receive the scroll for your mountain.
Let Jesus take you by the hand to your mountain your position of government as a Lord. See your throne there is a angel a King Malachim caretaking. Engage the angel ask it its name •It will be your reference point.
