When God prepares to establish something new, the first work is often subtraction, not addition. Alignment requires space. This is why fasting has always been a tool of clarity, not abstinence or striving, but intentional room-making for what matters most.
For some, alignment may involve food. For others, it may mean laying aside sugar, constant scrolling, digital noise, or habits that dull discernment. And for some, it may mean surrendering whatever has quietly become bondage or an idol; something that competes for affection, focus, or trust. The goal is not deprivation; it is freedom.
Alignment is deeply personal, and the Spirit is faithful to reveal and counsel you to what needs to be released. You will not be walking this process alone. I will be encouraging you, strengthening you, and helping you remain grounded as resistance surfaces.
Make room. What God is saying deserves space—SELAH
