Eph 6:20. I am an ambassador in chains; that in proclaiming the kingdom I may speak boldly.
A diplomatic official of the highest rank appointed and accredited as representative in residence by one government or sovereign to another. An authorized messenger or representative. Agent, apostolic delegate, messenger, minister, emissary.
Phil 3:20 For our citizenship is in heaven
Col 1:13 For He rescued us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son. We are citizens of a heavenly supernatural kingdom.
What are the characteristics of the kingdom? What makes us distinctive? Do people notice that we have supernatural abilities, a different outlook, attitude and approach to life? Is it a crisis or an opportunity? Do we do what Jesus would do?
Luke 17:21 .. the kingdom of God is within you.
Eph 2:19 So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God’s household, God is with us, God is in us – will we allow God to flow from us?

You are a house, dwelling, habitation of God – an embassy, heaven on earth. You are a gateway of heaven to earth, an ambassador.

Eph 3:10 so that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places.
1 Peter 4:10 As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
God is multifaceted, Multi-colored, Multifarious- uniting many features. Myriad – great number. Inexhaustible variety. We are ambassadors to reflect – the facets of God to the world.
Demonstrate Manifold wisdom to be seen by the world and its powers. Demonstrate Manifold grace to each other and therefor to world. We are all individually different facets that make up the diamond. Unique and individual yet part of the whole.
Rom 8:19 For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God. 21 that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. God wants to show us off to the world. God wants the world to see heaven on earth through us His children.
Are we willing to be ambassadors for the kingdom of heaven on earth?
