God sees the leader in you, even if you don’t.
When the faith of God is working in you by love, you are a ministry, and you can begin to lead others by your example.
He’s developing your leadership capacity right now, in the tests and trials that you overcome. What every you overcome; you can now minister that victory to others.
Every challenge you’re facing is actually leadership training with the Father. He’s showing you how to lead from a position of rest in Him, how to influence others from the love shed abroad in your heart for them.
You are learning how to make decisions from your position in Christ, rather than making decisions from the fear or pressure that comes against you. You are learning to never make decisions, when you are emotionally disturbed.
You become a leader by recognizing the authority the Father has given you in Christ. You are learning how to walk with God even under pressure.
