There is no human language that is great enough for God to adequately express Himself through. God communicates to us Spirit to spirit. Spirit to spirit communication is beyond language. It is like deep calling unto deep (1 Corinthians 2:10, 11; Romans 8:26, 27). It is like an impartation of experience and knowledge.
The way that God communicates to us is through the impartation of himself into our spirit. We experience God in the communication. God imparts himself through the words that he speaks, through the communication that we receive.
It is one thing to know about God with our mind, it is another thing to experience him in our spirit.
As our spirit begins to grow in its appropriate of the life of God, our spirit senses and experiences what God is saying to us.
You can go to a bible school and get years of theological training, you can go to a church all your life and yet your spirit might not be getting fed. Your spirit may just be barely alive, skinny and without strength.
We need to become aware of the different senses of our spirit and how it grows and develops. We have to become aware of the different senses of our soul and the difference between our spirit and soul.
Our spirit is the part of us that becomes conscious of God and then this knowledge flows into our soul. Memory is stored in our spirit and in the human physical brain. Our mind is a function of the soul and interprets what our spirit and body are sensing. This is why when a person dies physically they still possess memory in their soul. Self awareness is a “sensation of mind” from the soul.
People who are “brain dead” (no brain electrical activity) and are brought back to life can sometimes remember all the activities at the time of their “clinical death” when their spirits and souls are OBE (Out of Body) watching the particular activities around them.
Since there is no physical brain activity, it shows that “memories” are stored in the unseen realm of our spirit.
When the life of God flows into our spirit so that our soul comes into submission to it, there is “sensation of mind or emotion” from the kingdom realm of God’s Spirit.
When the spirit, soul and body of an individual is in disharmony, there are opposing “sensations of mind” occurring in the mind of the soul causing conflicts within an individual (Romans 7:22-25).
Our soul has been trained from the outside in. The information coming from the physical realm has been stored in the memory of our brains.
When our spirit becomes alive to God, we then have to learn how to live from the inside out. We are to allow the life of God flowing into our spirit to rule the mind of our soul rather than the physical realm (Romans 8:5).
We need to learn how to identify and separate the “sensations of mind and emotion that is of our spirit in union with God” from that of the “sensations of mind and emotion that is in the soul and of the body” (Hebrews 4:12).
We are first of all a spiritual being and all spiritual beings emanate spiritual light through their thoughts, even if it is a dark light. The light that is emanated reveals the various strengths or weaknesses of the spirit being.
All our thoughts on this earth emanates light or darkness according to our inner spiritual life (Matthew 6:22, 23). All the words we utter, the vocal expression of our thought life, flows accordingly with the light of our thoughts. It is possible to diagnose the strengths or weaknesses of our spirit from the light that emanates from our spiritual life.
The life of God flows out of heaven into our spirit as light, this light can be seen in the visible world and the unseen realm.
The thoughts of evil spirits who live in the realms of darkness can influence and affect the minds of those who have openness towards them. How much these thoughts can influence a person depends on the inner strength and character of their heart. Light attracts light and darkness attracts darkness.
Good, holy and pure thoughts of those who live on earth can be seen in the spiritual world like a light that radiates from us in various colors. By the means of this light our inner natures can be discerned. The light that flows from the character of our thoughts can reveal all our strengths and weaknesses. No one can hide who they are in the spirit world; it is plain for all to see each person’s character, strength or weaknesses through the light they radiate.
Our thoughts are influenced by the Spiritual World every day. We can be influenced by the forces of darkness or by the forces of light. When we have inspirational thoughts that lift us up, they flow out of heaven into us and impart the spiritual energy of God into our lives.
When negative and evil thoughts fill our minds, we have got into the wrong “flow of thoughts.” We need to learn how to disconnect from them and learn how to open our spirit to God and yield to the flow of His Spirit. Our spirit has the ability to tune into and engage with the Spirit of God.
The soul is the receiving and processing center for thoughts in the same manner as the physical eye is the receiving and processing centre for physical light.
Our imagination is liken to “eyes”, the eyes of our understanding (Ephesians 1:17, 18).
The source of all thoughts and pictures is in the realm of the spirit, which our spirit and our soul are in contact with.
There is a divine flow of revelation and energy that flows from God and transmitted to us through the Holy Spirit which is spiritual light or the essence of thought. Our soul converts this thought flow into human language in our minds and we experience thinking and the thought process.
The thought flow from God is full of the fruit of the Spirit. We are inspired to think positive thoughts and ideas that help us in our daily life.
The secret of the peaceful and joyful life is learning to be continuously tuned into the divine flow of thoughts from God.
Evil spirits try to impress their thoughts to us which stir up the flesh and wrong thinking.
There is a divine flow of light that constantly streams down from God towards the earth, sometimes it is administered through His angels, the cloud of witnesses or ministering spirits bringing gifts and ideas that could bring great blessing to those whose spirits are open to receive: impressions, ideas, or inventions.
