DESTINY

Father, I surrender control of my life to you. Fill me. Thank you for the anointing. Open eyes and ears.

Who am I? Where did I come from? Where am I going? Why do I even exist?

No matter how fulfilling our life may be, there is nothing in this world that can fulfill the deepest need in our heart, because we are from another world.

Why do we exist? Because God wanted to have a family. God is Spirit, and God has created all different kinds of spirits. But none of these spirits were created in His image.

Psalm 139:13For You created my inward parts; You entwined me in my mother’s womb.14 I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well.15 My substance (person, strength) was not hidden from you, when I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth;16 Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; And in Your scroll were all written The days that were fashioned for me, When as yet there was not one of them.17 How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them!18 If I should count them, they would outnumber the sand. Your eyes have seen my unformed substance.

So, there was a substance that existed in eternity which was unformed in the natural realm. It also says in your scroll was written all the days that were designed for you when yet there was not one of them.

So, all this occurred before God created the heavens and the earth. It all happened in eternity.

Our spirit didn’t just occur when we were born. When we were conceived in our mother’s womb there is a flash of light that occurs, and our spirit comes into the cells of our body at that point.

Zechariah 12:1The burden of the word of the Lord concerning Israel. Thus declares the Lord who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.

The word formeth is yasar- it means squeezing into shape.

Jeremiah: 1: 4 Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 5 Before I formed (squeezing into shape) thee in the womb I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained  thee a prophet unto the nations. 6 Then said I, Oh! (indicating pain) Lord GOD! Behold, I cannot speak for I am a child. 7 But the LORD said unto me, say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.

2tim 1: 9Who has saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began.

Ephesians 1: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, we exsist holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.

This is the bride of Christ-to himself.

Romans 8: 29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image (moral likeness) of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

This is our primary destiny.

Genisis 5:1 This is the book of the genealogy of Adam. In the day that God created man, He made him in the likeness of God. He created them male and female, and blessed them and called them Mankind in the day they were created. And Adam lived one hundred and thirty years, and begot a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth.

Romans 12: 12 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

COLOSSIANS 3:10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

Jesus was the lamb slain before the foundation of the world; the Father put us in Christ before the foundation of the world.

All the works of God were finished before the foundation of the world. God has foreordained the time we would be born into this world, to fulfill a certain destiny.

We must become the FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT. This is your primary destiny, and we become through the grace of God, through the faith of God.

Transformation is the process of being conformed to the image of Jesus Christ, which is sonship.

Our primary destiny is to be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ, and our secondary destiny is to rule and reign with Jesus Christ over the universe, and to walk in the good works prepared for us from the foundation of the world, to fulfill our ministry here on earth.

We put the cart before the horse and then wonder why we have become frustrated. Life on earth is designed in such a way to prepare and enable us to be conformed to the image of Jesus. The trials, disappointments, failures, and sorrows all serve to shape and groom us for our highest calling.

Millions of Christians eventually die only to find themselves in heaven without having fulfilled the purpose for which they were born. Even though they made it to heaven, their loss is great.

God is looking for sons and daughters that have been conformed to His image while they were still living on Planet Earth, this is the bride of Christ, she has made herself ready appropriating the fullness of the Lord.

For ones such as these, their eternal state and calling is far beyond anything that we could ever imagine with our finite minds. We all pass through this life on a planet that is designed to be hard enough to bring many sons to glory.

THERE ARE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF GLORY WE CAN ATTAIN TO IN HEAVEN.

1 CORINTHIANS 15:39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds. 40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another. 41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one-star differeth from another star in glory. 42 So also is the resurrection of the dead.

God is releasing a sound out of heaven that is calling us to our eternal destiny.

Our destiny came from eternity and will return to eternity but there is a pathway and a journey we must make to see the fulfillment of our destiny come to pass.

God is calling us to the intersection where our present and our future meet and it is called convergence. It is where heaven meets earth, it is where who we are in heaven becomes manifested on the earth.

God is calling forth our destiny, bringing us back into the original purpose for which we were designed, the purpose he had before the foundation of the world.

We have a destiny scroll, a book that has been written about us, the things that he has prepared for us to walk in. And as our lives become patterned after his image, and we come into our manifested identity, then we can begin to fulfill our destiny.

That scroll has come out of eternity, it is inside of our spirit, and it carries with it a decree (ruling) and a commission from God, the purpose and the provision for our destiny.

Our destiny is a calling, being restored to the image of God and administering heaven on earth, this is what Adam was called to do and we are called to do the same thing.

God foreknew or knew you before you were born, before you came to this earth.

You were predestined to become like Jesus.

This predestination initiated a call on your life.

Along with this predestination or destiny, you have been given an inheritance – everything you need to fulfill this destiny.

Every human being on this earth has a destiny and somewhere deep inside them there is a sense of this destiny.

However, most people live their lives without knowing what their destiny is; it lies buried beneath the conscious awareness of their mind, blocked out with the cares of this life, the desire for other things and the routine tasks of just living. So, they continue on, occupied with the seemingly meaningless and repetitive everyday activities of their life, wondering if this is all there is.

We live on a planet spinning in infinite space in a universe of millions of planets. Why are we here?  What are we doing here? What is the purpose?  Who are we? Where did we come from? Where are we going?

The Lord is about to awaken multitudes to destiny, to their purpose here on this earth, and this is going to be the key to revival.

As the Spirit of God begins to move across the earth in this way, multitudes will awaken from a stupor that has kept them unaware of who they are and what their purpose in life is.

This awaking of destiny is one of the major purposes of God at the end of this age. God is about to reveal Himself to His children, the church, those whom He sent to this earth, and destiny will spring forth as a river of life in them.

Their life will have new meaning and purpose. It will become an exciting adventure so that they hate to go to bed at night and cannot wait to get up in the morning.

Sometimes this sense of destiny lies very hidden, deep below the surface, this sense of having of great worth. And soon the awareness begins to fade as we get caught up in the affairs of this life.

But God is going to awaken us to our destiny, but in order to see it fulfilled in our life there is a process we have to go through.

God has put us in Christ so he has invested us with identity, but we cannot have enthronement without succession. There is a process of transformation that we must go through, to fulfill our destiny.

God wants to enthrone us with authority and power. He has invested us with identity as his sons but first we must overcome the things inside of us that prevent us from growing up into the manifested sons of God.

Our old man has been crucified with Christ, but there still must be a dethronement of the old man in our daily life, the old self, the soul, that old life, Strongholds, mindsets, belief systems, familiar spirits, generational curses and so forth must be removed from our life.

Our soul has been programmed from the outside in and must be renewed.

Nature, which is our DNA programming from our natural parents, going back to the first Adam has to be transformed.

Nurture, which is our environmental programming from our natural parents and upbringing, being conformed to the world has to be overthrown and dethroned from our lives and transformed.

Trauma which is our experiential programming and all the negative experiences we have had has to be transformed.

If we are not strong in spirit, we will not be able to overcome and dethrone the soul. The first thing we must do is give God first place, first love, and first priority. This is the first thing we can do to build our spirit.

We cannot fulfill our destiny if our soul is still in charge of our life. We need to see our spirit in union with the Holy Spirit overcome the soul and flesh, to be in rulership. Our spirit needs to be continuously joined to the Lord and in rulership so that our soul becomes one with our spirit.

When we are growing in our relationship with God, and we invite God to come in and fill us. He occupies that seat of government in our lives.

Now as we grow and mature, he gives us more and more access to that seat of government.

The key to being able to fulfill our destinies is to experience living from the place of rest. All responsibility must flow from relational rest.

With God on the seat of rest in our lives we will find the answers to the questions that we all deep down are asking. Who I am? Where did I come from?   Why am I here?   What is my purpose?   Will my life have any meaning?

When God is on the throne of our lives the needs of our soul are met, which are Love, Affirmation, Approval, Significance, Protection and Provision.

This calling and destiny was given to us before time began. This calling is not in the present tense but the aorist tense. He saved us, called us, justified us, sanctified us and glorified us all in the past tense.

His own purpose and grace were given to us before time began. God saved us and called us in Christ Jesus before time began. We were in Christ before the heavens and the earth were created.

Saved us, called us with a holy calling, not according to our works but according to his own purpose which was given to us as a person in Christ Jesus before the world began. This verse tells us that he gave us a calling and purpose before we were born a human being.

We were chosen and we agreed to come to the earth for the purpose of receiving the D.N.A of God, the incorruptible seed of God into our spirit, which under the right conditions will grow into a full-grown male or female son of God. But we forgot, just like we will forget the sorrows and pains of this life in the next. It was agreed upon in heaven that we would come to earth and that we would be given the choice to walk upon the pathway of the tree of life. It is the pathway that leads to sonship, ruling and reigning with Christ inheriting the kingdom that will expand and fill all of creation.

We were chosen to be born in this generation, and as we begin to awaken to our destiny, desire is birthed in us to become willing to go through the transformation process, to become conformed to the image of Jesus Christ.

The provision needed to fulfill our destiny is deposited in the heavenlies, ready for us to appropriate.

Should I tell Abraham what I am about to do, since he will become, the father of many nations. What kind of person do we need to become to fulfill our destiny.

God sees our destiny and then speaks it to us; God then begins to deal with us from the viewpoint of destiny perceived not just destiny pronounced.

It is not enough for God to just speak a word to us; He wants us to see that word. Every time we hear the word of the Lord, our sight has to follow our hearing; otherwise, we will not do anything. We must have the vision of it.

Moses has to release over a million people from bondage, to do this he has to go down to the most occult nation on the face of the earth, to the most despotic ruler on the planet, and has to get in his face and say a few simple sentences.

Let my people go! But the problem with Moses is that he has a speech impediment, and he is nervous. So, he starts making excuses, here am I send him. I cannot do this I am slow of speech; I am this and I am that.

So, God gives him a word, Exodus 7:1 See, I have made you as God to Pharaoh, and Aaron shall be your prophet. By the time you and I have finished with Pharaoh, in his understanding of things, he will assume that you must be some kind of God in human form and Aaron is your mouthpiece.

If we do not see it, we cannot become it. Every time the Lord speaks our eyesight must follow our hearing. We must see the kind of person God wants us to be. See, I have made you. See it Moses. I want you to go down there in the persona that I am saying you can have. I am standing here in your future from the standpoint that you have accomplished what I have said you can do.

The lord sets words out there in our future and they are markers. The Lord is a stake holder in our future. But we must have the same spirit about ourselves that he has about us. We must see the kind of person we should be and then become it now in the present. This day we start working towards it. And we must be very deliberate about it.

All of our tests in our present are about us developing the personality to fulfill that future, our destiny. Everything that we are going through right now is preparation for our future.

What is being outworked in us right now is our destiny unfolding. For where we are going and what we must do, it is necessary for us to go through a time of training.

It may seem tough, but we have to be tough in the future, because we have battles to win. We have a city, a state, a country to take. It takes tough people to take countries.

This training, this situation we are going through right now is going to be the making of us. We want to be in the moment with God right now, so we can get through this quickly.

There is a partnership in the present that God wants to have with us about our future. This partnership is really important. God wants to establish intimacy as a way of life with us and within that intimacy He wants to establish our faith and favor. God establishes favor by first establishing that He is our source.

It is in becoming aware of the presence of God, that the qualities of His nature become a part of us. We cannot fulfill our calling unless we know the Lord intimately.

Unless we see ourselves in our true identity in Christ we will not come into our resources. But when we are practicing our identity, when we embrace it and say this is who I am and I am working this through now with the Holy Spirit. I am using this identity and am practicing this identity on all my circumstances.

Whenever the lord connects with us, he connects with us the way He see’s us in the spirit, not in how we may be behaving right now. He is always speaking to our identity.

He is always speaking to who we are. Once he tells us our persona. Once he reveals to us this is how you are known in heaven that is the way that He speaks to us from that point on. He will always talk to us from our identity. He does this all the time, it is who He is, it is what He is like.

Accountability is not calling people out on their stuff. It is calling people up to their real identity in Christ. Accountability says you don’t need to be doing that, because this is who you are. Did you forget, you forgot, this is who you are! If we forget we need to be reminded.

Speaking the truth in love is telling a person how God see’s them in the future, so that they can rise to it. You don’t need to be worried here, because you have a provision there. No don’t need to be anxious because you have this word. You have a promise.

Speaking the truth in love means we are going to say something about that person that sets them free from the behavior that we don’t like.

We need to learn how to bring the future into the now.

The Holy Spirit is a quickening Spirit. If we will cooperate with God in terms of our own destiny, then it is possible that we can make five years growth in one year.  Most people are out of sync with who God wants them to be, and who he wants to be to them in the process.
