This is an unveiling of the hidden man of the heart. It is a study in what psychologists have called the subconscious mind.
It is an attempt to reveal who Christ is in you.
Modem psychologists do not really know man, because man is a spirit, soul and body. And they research only into the realm of the physical senses, which flows from the outside into the mind or soul and shaping it.
Thus, they cannot become acquainted with the real man. The
Man and woman created in the same class with God. Our spirit is eternal; it existed before we became human beings.
Mans physical senses were given to him to contact the physical world. He was given reasoning faculties so that he might use the knowledge that his physical senses transferred to his brain.
Behind the sense-ruled reasoning faculties is the real man, who is a spirit. Our spirit is separate from our blood which is the life of our soul.
The church, as a whole, is unfamiliar with the functions of our newborn spirit. Our spirit is the part of us that is God-consciousness.
It has certain senses; it senses the Love or nature of God.
It is the part of us that receives revelation knowledge, where the Holy Spirit teaches us truth.
Our spirit is the part of us that senses the fear of God, the majesty of God, his holiness, his almighty power.
Our spirit it the part of us that references God, imparting a desire to it to be well pleasing to Him.
Our Heavenly Father is seeking those who will worship Him in spirit and truth. Our spirit is part of us that worships God, and as the Holy Spirit reveals the truth to us, it just magnifies our worship, as we discover the nature and goodness of God.
Our spirit has a sense that is called intuition, it is an inner knowing, an inner witness, which begins as our main way of sensing God’s will.
Our spirit is the part of us in which God imparts his faith to, it comes as we learn the legal rights of our redemption, and is a spiritual substance in which we lay ahold of what is ours in Christ, and then we bring our soul into agreement which releases how it is in heaven into the earthly realm which is called manifestation.
The Holy Spirit is prophetic, so He shows us the future which creates hope in our spirit, which is confident expectation.
Our prayer life starts out by asking God for things and the most important thing is to ask for the Baptism of the Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues, which builds up our spirit so that it can begin to hear God, so our prayer life becomes a two-way conversation.
Our conscience is not a function of our spirit, it is a function of our soul, so that it is a poor master, it can be weak and defiled, cause us all kinds of problems, but it can become a good servant as God confirms his word to us.
If we can maintain a right spirit and keep it communing with God in intimate fellowship with the Father, there is no limit to where we can go in spiritual things.
The Holy Spirit was given to guide us into all truth, or reality. He finds it a very difficult thing to lead our reasoning faculties, but honest doubt can be a good thing concerning things not clearly revealed in the bible (major decisions), so that God can confirm things to us, by saying the same thing in different ways and the Body of Christ.
But it is the normal and natural way for Him to lead our spirits.
We may have never realized that love is a product of our spirit in union with God, and not of the reasoning faculties.
Faith is also a product of the spirit.
We are talking of the new born spirit, which has received the nature and life of the Father.
It has become united with Christ as one spirit and has received the eternal life of God.
Eternal life is the nature of the Father, and that nature is love.
Love is the mother of faith.
You can have no deep faith life without a love life.
The newborn spirit is also the fountain of wisdom, and all of the other fruits of the Spirit mentioned in Galatians 5:22.
