Many great victories are won in the secret place. These times when despite natural circumstances and challenges, your peace and assurance remain in Him. Resting in His Divine purposes is not about passivity but about choosing to trust, just as He has entrusted us with so much.
So, by drawing on the wells of hope in our heart and by allowing His peace to flow out like a river. Faith stands and Hope assures us of our calling In Christ. For we are More than Conquerors through Him who loved us.
The Cross is the doorway to the victor’s podium.
As we are postured in that place behind closed doors in the place of dwelling In His Presence, we are by no means alone… for the living reality is that a cloud of witnesses surround.
The secret place is not so secret but a public stadium in the Spirit where others that have contended, fought, stood and now stand alongside in agreement. You may recognise some of them and what they stand for.
Time has been superseded in this place. Our victories are their victories, their victories are our victories. We stand, sharing in the same glorious inheritance. United, In Him. Whatever you are facing, eternity can be revealed in the natural realm by the simplicity of standing.
So, I’d like to join with Paul as he said in 1Thes2:19
“After all, what gives us hope and joy, and what will be our proud reward and crown as we stand before our Lord Jesus when he returns? It is you!”
