The Revelation That Heals Your Identity Forever.
Have you ever stood in front of a mirror and felt a flood of “the disappointment of failure” come over you, not just about your hair or your clothes, but something deeper, more painful?
You look into your own eyes and see the weight of every mistake you have ever made, every time you let God down, every moment you felt unworthy of His love.
Your heart is broken, because no matter how hard you try to follow Jesus, you still feel broken, still feel distant, still feel like you are not enough.
You are not alone.
Millions of believers wake up every day carrying that same heavy burden. They love God with all their heart. They pray, they worship, they serve, they repent. But inside, there is a quiet pain, a longing to feel truly accepted, truly clean, truly close to the Father.
And the enemy loves to whisper, you will never be good enough. God is disappointed in you. You are still the old you, you have not changed.
But what if everything you feel about yourself is a lie?
What if God has placed a different mirror right in front of you, one that changes everything?
When you look into this mirror- “the word of God” you do not see failure staring back.
You do not see shame.
You do not see distance.
You see Jesus.
You see glory.
You see righteousness.
You see a beloved son or daughter fully accepted, completely whole, radiating the very life of God.
This is not wishful thinking. This is not some kind of hype to make you feel better for the moment. This is the New Heart-creating, life-giving truth of the Gospel.
The way we are changed is seeing Jesus in the mirror of the Bible, we see ourselves in the image and likeness of Him, doing the same things he did.
We see His divine nature.
We see His divine abilities.
Everything positive in the Epistles applies to us; we must have a vision of ourselves that we see in the Word. We must think, feel, and see and do the things we find in the New Testament. We must become living Epistles of Christ.
The Bible was not written to us specifically, but it applies to us.
The moment you surrendered to Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life, your old identity died forever, and you were reborn as a New Creation in Him.
You became one spirit with the Lord.
And now, when God looks at you, He sees Jesus.
When heaven looks at you, they see Jesus.
And when you learn to look into God’s mirror, you finally see Jesus in you.
TRANSFORMATION OF THE SOUL 2
Stay with me through every word of this message (it is in parts on Face Book-1,2,3,…) because what we are about to uncover is the revelation that can heal the deepest wounds in your soul.
This is the truth that turns spiritual orphans into intimately loved children.
This is the truth that replaces striving with resting, shame with boldness and distance with unbreakable union.
It is the mirror of the recreated spirit, and transformation of the soul, and once you gaze into it long enough, you will never be the same again.
Your tears of inadequacy will turn to tears of overwhelming joy. Your heart will finally come into alignment.
Let us anchor this word into our hearts now. The following verse will break the chains of condemnation in your life, once you practice it.
2 Corinthians 3: 18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord-NKJV.
18 And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit-NIV.
18Now, as for us, we all, with uncovered face, reflecting as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are having our outward expressions changed into the same image from one degree of glory to another according as this change of expression proceeds from the Lord, the Spirit, this outward expression coming from and being truly representative of our Lord-Wuest N.T.
18 And ||we all|| <with unveiled′ face|| receiving and reflecting |the glory of [the] Lord|> |Into the same′ image| are being transformed, from glory into glory, – Even as from a Spirit that is Lord-EMPH
18 And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit-AMP
18and we all, with unvailed face, the glory of the Lord beholding in a mirror, to the same image are being transformed, from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord-YLV
18 We can all draw close to him with the veil removed from our faces. And with no veil we all become like mirrors who brightly reflect the glory of the Lord Jesus. We are being transfigured into his very image as we move from one brighter level of glory to another. And this glorious transfiguration comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit-TPT
18 Now, we all, with new understanding, see ourselves in him as in a mirror. The days of window-shopping are over. In him every face is unveiled. In gazing with wonder at the likeness of Elohim displayed in human form, we suddenly realize that we are looking into a mirror, where every feature of their image, articulated in the Lord, is reflected within us. The Spirit of the Lord engineers this radical transformation; we are led from an inferior mind-set to the revealed endorsement of our authentic identity. From the fading glory of our own doing, to the discovery of the most amazing reality, that we are God’s glorious masterpiece!-Mirror Bible.
18 As all of us reflect the Lord’s glory with faces that are not covered with veils, we are being changed into his image with ever-increasing glory. This comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit-GOD’S WORD Translation.
18 but as we lay aside the veil, the divine light gradually informs the mind, according as we attend to that spiritual sense, which points out the Lord-Mace N.T.
18 And we all (born again), with unveiled view, see reflected the appearance of YHVH’S nature and abilities being continually transformed ( change of life form, from human to divine) drawing into ourselves his appearance, rays of divine light, his persona that gives off his divine essence of His divine nature and abilities into more and more of that glory exactly as out of His Spirit as our Lord and Master-Lee Jensen.
There is a veil between our spirit and our soul (will, mind, imagination, emotion, and conscience.)
We remove the veil through stillness and focus with an attitude of worship as we breathe in the Spirit of God until we are filled with his Spirit, then the life of God will flow into our soul.
The Holy Spirit has to quicken, to make alive the word so that we have an encounter with the manifest presence of the Lord in it and that instantly changes us, and then as we walk in it, as it becomes a lifestyle, it becomes our nature, the way we show up in life.
YHVH commands us to be continually filled with the Spirit and then to walk in the Spirit.
There are different degrees of walking in the Spirit. The highest is to actually ascend into the realm of the Kingdom, which is in a different dimension, where we interact in the different realms that are there. We interact with people who live in that dimension and sometimes with other members of the body of Christ that have also ascended there.
But first we need to learn how to walk in the Spirit here on earth. The highest degree here on earth is when we have visitations or encounters with Jesus and others here on earth. Sometimes they will come and manifest in our realm, but we are called to enter their realm. So that is something you can look forward to. Christ in you the hope of Glory.
THE WORD IS A MIRROR 3
2 Corinthians 3:16-18
Paul is not speaking theory here; he is describing a spiritual reality that will bring you to your knees in worship.
The Word of God is a mirror. And when you behold Jesus in that mirror, with an unveiled face no longer hiding behind religion or shame, something miraculous happens. You are changed.
Not by trying harder, not by crying more tears of repentance, but by beholding Him.
The more you look at Jesus, the more you look like Jesus.
The more you gaze at his beauty; his righteousness, his love, his power, the more of his qualities begin to flow into you and out of you naturally, effortlessly, supernaturally.
This is the secret of transformation that religion misses.
Religion says, Change yourself.
Grace says, behold him, and be changed.
I remember when I first started practicing this, I felt like an absolute failure, that My life had been totally wasted because of my past addictions to things of the flesh.
As I was meditating on these verses of “Beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord”. Which is actually a mirror of who we are (legal redemption) but might not yet be experiencing them (vital redemption).
It was revealed to me that God was not asking me to fix myself before I could look at Him. He was inviting me to look at Jesus and see myself reflected there. It totally set me free from sin-consciousness into righteousness-consciousness.
I saw Jesus perfect, glorious, victorious and I realized, that is me and him. That is who I am now.
Beloved, that same moment is waiting for you, if you have not yet experienced it. That same freedom is available right now.
Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. Where is he?
He is not just in heaven; he is also in you.
Let us go deeper. What exactly do you see? When you look into God’s mirror you see absolute righteousness.
2 Corinthians 5:21 for he made him who knew no sin to be sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in him.
Feel the weight of this. Jesus did not just cover your sin he exchanged his righteousness for your sinfulness.
You are not just becoming righteous you are righteous right now in your spirit as righteous as Jesus himself.
But how many of us still live under condemnation. How many nights have you lain awake replaying your failures convinced God is keeping record. How many prayers have been clouded with I am not worthy.
That is looking in the wrong mirror. The mirror of performance, of feelings, of the accuser of the brethren.
God’s mirror declares you are the righteousness of God in Christ; there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
Because even if you are not walking in the Spirit, you are trying right? God accounts that as righteousness. He looks at the motives of our heart.
When the Father looks at you, he sees the perfection of his son. He delights in you, he sings over you, you are spotless and blameless in his sight.
Let that sink into your heart. Let it heal the places shame has scarred (injuries) in your heart. You are righteous.
Say it until tears come to your eyes. You are righteous. You must see overwhelming love and acceptance of yourself by the Father.
2 Co 5:19 God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
Ephesians 1:4-6 He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world we exist holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, to the praise of the glory of His grace by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.
Accepted in the Beloved, not tolerated, not endured, accepted, embraced, welcomed with open arms.
Many believers feel like spiritual stepchildren, always trying to earn Daddy’s approval.
They serve out of fear of rejection.
They pray out of desperation for attention.
But God’s mirror shows you running into the Father’s arms like the prodigal son, and he is running to you. He throws his robe around you. He puts the ring on your finger. He kills the fatted calf. He celebrates you.
You are not on probation. You are permanently home. You are deeply, eternally, unconditionally loved.
Let this truth wash over you. You are under a waterfall of the love of God. Let it wash away the fear of rejection.
Let it silence the voice that says you must perform to be loved. You are accepted. Fully. Forever.
YOU HAVE RESURRECTION POWER IN YOU 4
Romans 8: 11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells (to occupy a house) in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.
The same power that shattered death, that rolled away the stone, that raised Jesus victoriously from the dead, lives in you. You are not weak. You are not defeated. You are not limited by human strength.
When you are born again, Christ lives in your spirit as a seed that begins to grow. So, your spirit and Christ’s are the same.
YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THIS; your spirit is the spirit of Christ. Jesus is the Living word in your spirit. Your spirit is one and the same as the spirit of Christ, it is not two different spirits.
Romans 8:9 Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ (Anointed), he is not His.
Romans 8: 11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you.
The Spirit of Him is a different Spirit than the spirit of Christ which is YOU. Christ in you, the word that is in your spirit.
There is no way your natural mind is going to understand this, it must become a revelation to you.
But when Jesus was raised from the dead before he ascended to his Father he appeared to his disciples and said “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
John 20: 22 And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit.
“He breathed on them” is one word in the Greek emphysaō. The root of that word consists of two words 1- “en” it is translated 1902 times as “in” in the king James version. It means in, means remaining in place, with the primary idea of rest. 2- “phyō” it is a primary verb; probably original to “puff” or blow, to swell up; but only used in the implication sense, to germinate or grow (sprout, produce), literal or figurative:- spring (up).
Jesus literally breathed into the mouths of the disciples the Holy Spirit and their spirit was born again.
So born again believers have the Holy Spirit, but it is the seed of Christ or the DNA of God germinated, conceived in their spirit.
50 days after this was the day of Pentecost and the Holy Spirit came upon them and clothed them, he baptized, (immersed them spirit, soul and body) and took up his residence in the disciples’ bodies.
Now the disciples have two spirits in them. Their spirit which is the same as the spirit of Christ, or Christ in you and the Holy Spirit.
1 Corinthians 6: 17 But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.
The primary bible I use is the NKJV and in the Greek manuscript it reads in English “But he joined the Lord is one spirit.
In the English language the verb join is in the past tense and the past participle is joined. A participle is a word derived from a verb that functions as an adjective (to modify nouns) or to create complex verb tenses.
In the Greek the word joined is kollaō is in the present tense not the past tense, so this is a bad translation.
So, it should read-1 Corinthians 6: 17 But he who is joining to the Lord is one spirit.
This means our spirit is awake and active. A lot of believer’s spirits are asleep and wake up when they come to church or do something spiritual.
Joining our spirit to the Lord(master) is what it means for Jesus to be Lord of our life not just our savior.
The word joining in the Greek is kollaōand it means to glue, cleave, join yourself to. So, this is talking about continually focused awareness.
Ok, I am not talking theory I have a relationship with the holy Spirit and he teaches me, I can hear his voice and then he gives me scriptures to confirm what he is saying and teach others.
Now our subject is “the word as a Mirror”, and the following verse is talking about the Holy Spirit except He is called the Spirit of the Lord. The Spirit of the Lord is different than the spirit of Christ which is our spirit.
2 Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
An interlinear Bible is a specialized study tool that displays the original Hebrew (Old Testament) or Greek (New Testament) text with a direct, word-for-word English translation placed immediately below each word or phrase. It allows users to see the original language’s structure and vocabulary, making it popular for in-depth word studies, even without fluency in the original languages.
Now here is how it reads in English in my interlinear NKJV.
2 Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit Lordthere liberty.
I have one translation of the bible that is word for word it is called the “Literal Standard Version”. They should of put [of the] in brackets because it is talking about the Holy Spirit as Lord, just like Jesus is Lord.
Most of these translators do not know the Lord. They may believe in him, they may be born again, even baptized with the Spirit but they really don’t know him. When I say “know the lord” it is equivalent to “walk with God”. I am going to do a teaching real soon about walking with God,
Because I have a personal experiential relationship with the Holy Spirit, I partner with Him, and then He leads me, so I am led by the Spirit, most of the time if “I maintain that connection- joining”, but sometimes he speaks real forcefully because it is urgent- he will say do it Now!
2 Corinthians 3:17 And the LORD is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the LORD [is], there [is] liberty.
YOU ARE POWERFUL 5
Yet how many believers live powerless lives, overwhelmed by circumstances, afraid of the enemy, exhausted by daily battles?
God’s mirror shows “you” Jesus’s calming storms, casting out demons, healing every kind of sickness, walking on water, and that same Spirit, that same power, is in you.
You have authority.
You have victory.
You have resurrection life flowing through your veins.
Feel the fire of that truth.
Let it ignite hope, let it stir boldness, you are powerful because he is powerful in you.
You are complete!
Colossians 2: 9 For in Him all the fullness of Deity dwells in bodily form, 10and in Him you have been made complete, and He is the head over all rule and authority-NASB
Complete, nothing missing, nothing broken, nothing lacking.
Many believers live with a sense of emptiness, always searching for more, more anointing, more breakthrough, more of God.
But God’s mirror (The Word of God) says you already have it all in Christ.
You are filled with the Spirit, you are whole, you are satisfied.
Let this truth bring rest to your weary soul. You do not need to strive for more.
You need to behold what you already possess.
In God’s Mirror you see sonship not slavery.
Romans 8: 15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.”
Abba is the word spoken by the lips of infants and expresses unreasoning trust; “father” expresses an intelligent expression of the relationship. The two together express the love and intelligent confidence of the child of God.
These are not distant promises. This is your present reality in the spirit.
But why do so few believers live in this reality?
Because they do not gaze long enough to get the word in their spirit, they glance at the word but do not behold.
They hear a sermon and feel inspired for a day and then the gravitational pull of the earth brings them back down and they look into that old mirror of the thoughts and feelings of the fallen sons and daughters of Adam and Eve.
They look into the old mirror of failures, the opinions of men, the criticism of others.
Transformation requires a mind set on the mirror of the Word. Specific verses of scripture concerning who you are in Christ. It requires a daily beholding, practical ways to gaze into God’s mirror every day.
You have to eat natural food three times a day, so make it a practice of not just reading but eating a verse of scripture three times a day. You must eat it until you digest it, it becomes a revelation that renews your mind.
Don’t just read the bible, eat it until God reveals a specific word to you and then stop. Meditate on it, think on it, confess it, act on it until it is written on your heart.
We live by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God, that means he speaks to you one personal word. That is the word, your inheritance word and once it becomes rooted in your spirit, God will give you another one. This is what we change your life.
People read the word for years and never change. We must eat the word until it becomes our nature, it is how we talk, it is how we walk, it is how we show up in this world to others, and they see something different in us. Then God will open the door for you to speak that word to others because you have become it.
Read slowly and then Speak in first person.
Father, I thank you that I am accepted in the Beloved.
Father, I thank you that I am chosen.
Father, I thank you that I am redeemed.
Father, I thank you that I am holy and blameless in your sight.
Father, I thank you that I am sealed.
Father, I thank you that I am blessed with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ.
Then it no longer matters what other people think about you, because you know who you are.
When you practice this, suddenly you are going to see something in the Bible you never saw before.
Oh, My God, I have never seen that before, that is how transformation comes.
