Our desire is to help facilitate the children of God as the Joshua generation to function in their governmental positions as sons of God. This governmental function is according to our cherubic nature within the Order of Melchizedek. To function in a governmental sonship position we need our identity as sons to come from the Father. We need a cardio gnosis, face to face, heart to heart, knowing the desires of the Father’s heart. Governmental sonship is reflecting the Father’s heart. We need to take our place within the order of Melchizedek as sons within YHVH. We govern within the power of His name, reflecting from heaven into the earth as gateways. All sons have a destiny to rule.
Legislating as sons is using the positions we are seated in to exercise kingdom governmental authority. We need to receive mandates and legislative authority and use it. We sometimes need to make and establish laws and then legislate using them. Do we know our authority? Are we using our authority? Are we proactive about engaging governmentally or are we just reactive to situations and circumstances. Are we waiting or are we pursuing? Do we think like a lord or a king?
What is legislation?
The process of making or enacting laws. A law or set of laws suggested by a government and made official by a parliament. All the laws that we have been given or mandated to release are to help facilitate us to fulfil our mandates.
What is it to legislate? To use the authority of a law to provide, create, prepare or rule. This will be a heavenly governmental process to facilitate the fulfilment of our mandates which are the restoration of all things and answering creation’s groaning for sonship.
Where do we get legislation? Courts and assemblies of heaven, the arc of God, in the holy of holies, in the temple. Where do we legislate from? Our positions of authority, our thrones and in some of the courts. On earth as it is – living in dual realms.
The blueprint is the context to outwork those mandates. Everything we do needs to be viewed from that context. A mandate is to help establish the foundations of government in individuals, Ecclesia and Embassies of heaven. Our mandate is to help gather, connect, impart and release people into their destinies. The way we view a mandate, or a blueprint can still be influenced by old mindsets. We assume things that can be influenced by confirmational bias when we try build or establish our blueprints. The old is not confined to biblical revelation alone. Everything must be evaluated from a ‘new versus old’ perspective individually and corporately. Deconstruction goes beyond the individual to the corporate, Including mindsets, practices, provision, ministry, government, administration, HR, structures, management etc. Therefore, we need to review everything using the lens of the new Questions to consider. Is everything established in heaven first? Is everything administrated in heaven first? Have the boundaries of the tent pegs been extended through all our spheres? Is everything overshadowed? Are rivers of living water flowing through us into everything? Have angels been assigned for everything? Do we have laws and governmental sonship for everything? Are there Ketubahs for everything? Are we using our Ketubahs correctly? Is everything lived from a new covenant marriage perspective? Are we releasing sound, frequencies and light from the heavenly realms out into all our spheres of authority? Are we trading correctly? Are we operating in Jesus’ faith? Do the same patterns of government run through everything? Are the Chancellors’ Houses aligned for everything? Do we have the answers to all these questions? What do we need to understand about government and legislation to be able to do all that God is revealing?
You will need to learn to administrate the manifold grace of God so it becomes greater grace and grace upon grace in preparation for the season of mercy that you are looking for. This is a great responsibility that I am giving to the forerunners of the Joshua generation. Prepare your hearts and minds by embracing the new and letting go of the old so that you will be able to know Me at ever increasing depths of intimacy. Deep is calling to deep; I AM is inviting you to come closer so you can arise as sons of God and take your places in the councils and assemblies of heaven.
The biggest hindrance to My heart’s desires being fulfilled are the mindsets of My people, filled with unbelief and doubt because they are blinded by the darkness of hope deferred. So many of My people are living in spiritual depression, suppressed and oppressed in the deception of disappointment. Unfulfilled dreams, visions, promises, false and real expectations brings spiritual incapacity, inoculated against future hope by past disappointments. Most are unwilling to face the truth of their own hearts because they live in religious bondage and fear of GOD trapped in an unreality that keeps them debilitated. This must be dealt with or people will continue to be visionless, fearful to go forward, because they are afraid to face the past and be honest about their disillusionment with GOD. I am going to create a culture of honor where there will be an amnesty and all those suppressed and hidden emotions, thoughts and disappointments can be aired. All the pastors, teachers, prophets, apostles and the theologians and the translators of the old order must be forgiven and released; and the old can be left behind so the new can be embraced.
We are in a new season, a new era, that of God’s government through the order of Melchizedek. Lion, Ox, Eagle, Man. Kingly, Prophetic, Apostolic, Priestly functions. There are heavenly as well as earthly positions and functions. King, Prophet, Legislator, Oracle, Scribe, Chancellor, Judge, Magistrate, Ambassador. The mantle of spiritual authority has been removed from the Moses generation who are operating in purely earthly authority. The mantle of true spiritual authority has been released to the Joshua Generation who can operate beyond the veil. Zech 3:7 “Thus says the Lord of hosts, ‘If you will walk in My ways and if you will perform My service, then you will also govern My house and also have charge of My courts, and I will grant you free access among these who are standing here.’”
There is a process of maturity into our positions as sons of God– Servant, Steward, Friend Lordship – legislating mandates and laws. Kingship – creating and using laws. Sonship – Engaging the assemblies and councils of God – influencing decisions. Bringing the freedom of the glory of sons to the whole created order. We need to engage our mountains and be enthroned with a crown, new mantle, scepter, orb, take our positions of heavenly authority. Mountains represent the redemptive governmental aspects of our destiny. These spheres of authority are our destined roles in the manifestation of sonship that will bring about creation’s restoration. We can begin to legislate according the position we are seated in. Eph 2:6 and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus. The advancement of the kingdom is in ever increasing and expanding government. Eph 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenlies in Christ. How are we going to access these blessings, (empowerments to prosper) and see them manifest on earth as they are in heaven? Legislation uses the laws or principles of the kingdom. Zech 3:7 perform my service. Keep My requirements, priestly function keep My charge, keep or follow My instructions, out work My covenant. Using the authorization that a law or a mandate gives you. Legislation must operate from desire not just a religious duty. God is not looking for stewards but co-heirs.
Whatever God reveals or mandates us to do must be cultivated as desire in our hearts. Once it is in our heart it can flow out creatively. Prov 4:23- Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it flow the springs of life. We use the authority to frame our lives, mountains, mandates, blueprints. We rule over the circumstances, so our lives are ordered or aligned to God’s purpose. We extend our spirit over the areas we are responsible for. We carry those areas within our hearts. We overshadow or brood over a sphere like the Holy Spirit did over the waters or over Mary. We engage and discern in those spheres. We are gateways for the river of life to flow into those areas.
We establish everything in heaven first – how? Receive a mandate and use that authorization with intent. Seated, enthroned; we decree, declare, call forth, assign angels, release sounds, lights, frequencies, fragrances. Jesus said He would build His Ecclesia and Paul stated that it would be through the Ecclesia that manifold wisdom of God would be made known. The Ecclesia is the primary way God’s kingdom will fill the earth. We need a new wineskin for the new wine – we are primarily it, individually and corporately. We must not try to use an old wineskin with some new patches. We must not mix old and new wine. We must be very careful that the old does not pollute the new. God has made His judgment, the authority of the old has ended and new authority has come.
How do we mature in sonship? Heb 5:14 But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil. Practice, Practice, Practice. Tutors and trainers. Engage Wisdom, 7 spirits of God, Cloud of witnesses. Learn by practice to engage wisdom on her heights. Learn to rule from our mountain to use heavenly legislation. Learn how to use the courts of heaven to make legislation. Learn to use the courts to remove legal rights of the enemy. Engage the different thrones of heaven. Learn to use the court system within our spheres of authority and not beyond. Learn to engage angelic realm, court of angels etc. Learn to get scrolls with blueprints, mandates or legislation. Learn to administrate the kingdom from our mountains. Engaging around the arc of God’s presence is key to legislating. Resonating with His will. Looking into the 4 faces of God. Stepping into the 4 faces of God Walking back into the eternal now of God’s heart.
Heb 10:19 Therefore, brethren, since we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way which He inaugurated for us through the veil, that is, His flesh, 21 and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22 let us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith.
Heb 7:22 so much the more also Jesus has become the guarantee of a better covenant. New covenant is a heavenly order for all.
Heb 9:3 Behind the second veil there was a tabernacle which is called the Holy of Holies, 4 having a golden altar of incense and the ark of the covenant covered on all sides with gold, in which was a golden jar holding the manna, and Aaron’s rod which budded, and the tables of the covenant; 5 and above it were the cherubim of glory overshadowing the mercy seat; Manna Aaron’s Rod Tablets Manna – Bread of life is the will of God.
John 4:32 But He said to them, “I have food to eat that you do not know about.”
John 4:34 Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to accomplish His work.”
John 6:27 “Do not work for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to eternal life” Tablets – Word of God: His heart is written on our hearts/spirits.
Jer 31:33 I will put My law within them and on their heart I will write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. John 5:19 See what the Father is doing.
Heb 10:7 “Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come (In the scroll of the book it is written of Me) To do Your will, O God.’”
Heb 10:16 “This is the covenant that I will make with them After those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws upon their heart, And on their mind, I will write them” Aaron’s rod – God’s authority, anointing and power.
Matt 6:10 Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Administer kingdom government- Mountain thrones. We look into the manifest presence and glory of God. We see the will and purpose of God for our lives We resonate or align ourselves to His will. Our hearts’ desires draw us towards His will and our destiny. We receive our mandate to rule. Our destiny scroll gets revealed, unveiled to our hearts. Desires of hearts get transformed. Rod – scepter. Psa 45:6 Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; A scepter of uprightness is the scepter of Your kingdom. Engage to receive our mandate. Engage the name of God to bring heavenly governmental order to mandate. Engage to bring eternal perspective to the mandate. Come to the arc to look into what the Father is doing. Look into the 4 faces of God. Look into the name of God. Yod Hei Vav Hei Lion, Ox, Eagle, Man Kingly, Prophetic, Apostolic, Priestly. We begin to frame our world from the mandate we receive. We become the representation of the 4 faces of God on earth. We act as kings and priests. We speak prophetically and administer apostolically. We operate as oracles and legislators. We step into the manifest presence and glory of God. We are now in His name. Yod Hei Shin Vav Hei – with power of attorney to act on His behalf. In Him being omnipresent and eternal, we have access into what was – His heart in eternity, the eternal now. Prov 4:5 “Acquire wisdom! Acquire understanding! 7 The beginning of wisdom is: Acquire wisdom; And with all your acquiring, get understanding. 8 Prize her, and she will exalt you; She will honor you if you embrace her. 9 She will place on your head a garland of grace; She will present you with a crown of beauty.” Shift from knowledge that comes externally and stand inside and learn from being inside God. Move from looking at God from an external perspective to stepping into Him. This is spiritual understanding, where we stand within God’s heart and engage the His vast sum of thoughts and absorb the way, truth and life that is within Him. We step outside time and space into His heart in eternity. Womb of His creative thoughts. There is no sin therefore we can learn to see from that eternal perspective – beginning. We see the end from the beginning. We see ourselves from His eternal perspective – light beings, constructed from the desires of His heart, framed in His thoughts and spoken into existence. We feel our eternal identity and can become what we see and feel. We can then choose to act from this revelation to frame our lives. We see the end from the beginning. We can call things that be not as if they are. We can align ourselves with His will and purpose – our destiny. We can decree, declare and prophesy what will be, from what was in the eternal now, to change what will be, to reflect what was. Receiving a mandate, blueprint, scroll, directive; resonate with the will of God. Viewing that mandate from the heavenly governmental perspective of the 4 faces of God: engaging the statutes of God. Viewing that mandate from the eternal perspective: engaging the precepts of God. Our agreement releases the ordinances, mantles and weapons in His name.
Steps like Jacob’s ladder leading up to heaven; start thinking about those steps and the open door. Hear the invitation to come up here Let those steps form in your imagination and by faith walk up those steps to the door; step through the veil into the kingdom realm. Jesus is standing in the doorway. Present yourself to Jesus, your High Priest, as a living sacrifice. Let Him take you by the hand and lead you. You stand before the arc of His presence. You seek His will and purpose. Open your heart and let Him write and reveal your destiny, your mandate. Receive your mandate today. Yod Hei Vav Hei Focus on the 4 faces: lion, ox, eagle, man. Step into the 4 faces. Access in Him to the timeline. Walk back into eternity. We can stand in what was. Our spiritual consciousness. Engage the heart of God. Experience the revelational reality of who you are. Let the vast sum of His thoughts surround you. See your eternal pattern and identity. Look forward. Let your spirit be filled and absorbed, the reality of the beginning of your day. Stand at the beginning and let your spirit decree and declare the end. Walk back into what is Spiritually empowered and mandated for your day. Now take the truth from what was to your mountain and legislate it. Take your place on your throne. Let your spirit release its authority. Angelic canopy recognizes your mandate.
