Our desire is to help facilitate the children of God as the Joshua generation to function in their governmental positions as sons of God This governmental function is according to our cherubic nature within the Order of Melchizedek. To function in a heavenly governmental position, we need our identity as sons to come from the Father. We need a cardio gnosis, face to face, heart to heart, knowing the desires of the Father’s heart. Governmental sonship is reflecting the Father’s heart. We need to take our place within the order of Melchizedek as sons within YHVH. We govern within the power of His name reflecting from heaven into the earth as gateways. All sons have a destiny to rule. Our sonship gives us responsibility that flows from the intimacy of our relationship with our Father. The functions and attributes of our sonship relate to the Order of Melchizedek Identity, Position, Authority Priest, King, Oracle, Legislator. This heavenly order represents the four governmental faces of God Yod Hei Vav Hei Lion, Ox, Eagle, Man King, Oracle, Legislator, Priest Functions within the name of God using the power of attorney. Matt 6:10 ‘Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven.’ What is heavenly government? How does heavenly government function? How do heavenly and earthly government function together? All government begins in the relationship that is God, who is Father, Son and Holy Spirit. All government is an expression of our intimate relationship with Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Sons of the kingdom carry government. Government has various principles and some protocols, but all are outworked relationally with God and with each other. Agreement, cooperation, unity, resonance are all necessary in government between God and us and between each other. Government in God’s kingdom is concerned with heaven being manifested on earth. Heaven and earth being restored to God’s original intention. Establishing things in heaven first in alignment with God’s desire so ‘as it is in heaven’ can be on earth.
What does it mean to establish? Set up on a firm, stable or permanent basis. Achieve permanent acceptance or recognition for Show (something) to be true or certain. To institute (something, such as a law) permanently by enactment or agreement. To introduce and cause to grow and multiply. To bring into existence. All those definitions apply in various ways.
What is government?
The group of people with the authority to govern a country or state; a particular ministry and office. The system by which a state or community is governed. The action or manner of controlling or regulating a state, organization, or people.
Matt 6:10 ‘Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven.’
Heavenly government is God’s will and God’s rule, the “as it is in heaven” We get to be involved in the establishing of kingdom government both in heaven and then on earth.
What is heavenly government?
Government that operates from a heavenly position and perspective. Government that operates with higher authority using higher laws of heaven that supersede those of the earthly plane. Heavenly government is seeing what our Father is doing and being a gateway of heaven into the earth to establish it. Heavenly government operates with the authority and power (energy) to govern matter, time and space. Heavenly government is being yoked to Jesus and learning to rule in rest through love with a gentle and humble heart. Heavenly government comes from a place of rest within the intimacy of a face-to-face relationship with God. Heavenly government conceives and releases miraculous heavenly realities to manifest on the earth. Heavenly government operates in partnership with the angelic realm and the cloud of witnesses. Being seated in the heavenlies enables us to know the desires of God’s heart so we can see what the Father is doing. When we are seated in the heavenlies, at rest, we have the authority as coheirs to do everything that Jesus did and more.
Eph 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenlies in Christ.
We need to access these blessings, (empowerments to prosper) and see them manifest on earth as they are in heaven.
Eph 2:6 and raised us up with Him and seated us with Him in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus.
We begin to legislate heavenly government according to the position we are seated in. To be seated is to be enthroned. To operate effectively enthroned beyond the veil it is vital: That we know our heavenly identity of sonship. That we know our heavenly position of enthronement. That we know and use our heavenly authority.
Gen 1:28 God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over…” We have the sonship mandate, being made in the image of God, but we need to subdue and rule the environment of our own lives first.
Rom 8:14 For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God… 16 The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, heirs also, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ…
Rom 8:19 For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God. 21 that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God.
Isa 9:7 There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness from then on and forevermore.
The advancement of the kingdom is the ever-increasing expansion of God’s government through His sons as heirs and coheirs. We have all been given this responsibility as sons for a kingdom that will eventually fill the earth with God’s government and peace. The increase in government or kingdom rule is the original mandate of sonship. The period of the restoration of all things is outworked through our sonship authority as coheirs of kingdom government.
Acts 3:20 and that He may send Jesus, the Christ appointed for you, 21 whom heaven must receive until the period of restoration of all things Jesus has come and we now are in the period of restoration
Acts 15:16 ‘After these things I will return, And I will rebuild the tabernacle of David which has fallen, And I will rebuild its ruins, And I will restore it’.
Jesus has returned and is rebuilding and restoring all things.
Rev 5:13 And every created thing which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all things in them, I heard saying, “To Him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, be blessing and honour and glory and dominion forever and ever.”
All things means all things; and restoration and our governmental sonship applies to things: In heaven, On earth, Under the earth. Who will all be restored to eventually acknowledge Jesus as Lord and submit to kingdom rule or dominion. Being sons gives us access to know God’s heart and will. God authorizes us and empowers us as sons to creatively (not fatalistically) outwork His desires.
How do we receive the assignments to carry out His desires?
Relationship, heart to heart. Engaging heaven to receive heavenly mandates and blueprints. Establishing those mandates through agreement in heaven and on earth. Establishing the Kingdom in heaven so it can be manifested on earth. Through legislating we prepare for the mandates to manifest on earth. Seated in heavenly places on our throne, we use the authority of that position to administrate God’s government in heaven. We bring earth into agreement, order and alignment with heaven. We can decree, declare, call things forth, create, assign angels, remove blockages in the courts etc.
Zech 3:7 “Thus says the Lord of hosts, ‘If you will walk in My ways and if you will perform My service, then you will also govern My house and also have charge of My courts, and I will grant you free access among these who are standing here.’”
Government is using the authorization that a law or a mandate gives you. Legislation uses the laws or principles of the kingdom of God.
Zech 3:7 perform my service. Keep My requirements, priestly function to keep My charge, keep or follow My instructions, outwork My covenant. Government must operate from desire not just a religious sense of duty or obligation. God is not looking for stewards but co-heirs and co-creators. Whenever God reveals His mandates to us, they must be cultivated as desires within our hearts. This is not a duty or obligation but an opportunity to be a coheir. It is important we carry heavenly mandates and blueprints in our heart. Cultivate desire in our hearts by brooding over it and incubating it. Think about it, focus our attention on it, meditate on what it would be like Daydream, creating reality in our imagination. When we carry spheres within our hearts, we can extend our spirit over the areas we are responsible for. We overshadow or brood over a sphere like the Holy Spirit did over the waters or over Mary. We engage and discern in those spheres. We are gateways for the river of life to flow into those spheres.
Prov 4:23 Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it flow the springs of life.
We use the governmental authority of mandates to frame our lives, mountain spheres, mandates, blueprints. We subdue and rule over the circumstances, so our lives are ordered and aligned to God’s purpose. When we receive a mandate, we need to use that authorization with the right intent – love’s motivation. We can’t just do what we want or what we think, even if there is a need. We are in a season of God’s government through the heavenly order of Melchizedek- Priest, King, Prophet (Oracle) Apostle (Legislator) Heavenly function of the office of a royal priesthood.
1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession.
Rev 5:10 “You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God; and they will reign upon the earth.” Priestly function is engaging the heart of the Father in heavenly intimacy. Kingly function is to administrate the heart of the Father governmentally. This is an arc of agreement that opens a portal into the earth to release the heavenly apostolic mandates and blueprints.
Eph 2:20 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets.
The prophetic or oracle and apostle or legislator forms an arc that forms a foundation of the word of God and government of God as a reflection on earth. Kings and Priests form a heavenly arc for heavenly blueprints to be revealed and released. Oracles and Legislators form an earthly arc for the earthly shadow to be manifested and then filled with glory. There is a scroll with a blueprint for each of our individual lives – our destiny. Each of us as sons are seated on mountain thrones with a blueprint for our spheres of governmental authority. We are priests and kings in heaven to use governmental authority in and through and around our lives on earth. There is also a scroll with a blueprint for our corporate authority spheres that our individual scroll authorizes us to engage with. Project, Ministry, Ecclesia, Embassy Town, city, area, region, nation etc. We need to discover those heavenly blueprints and see them earthed out.
Questions to consider in relation to mandates and blueprints. Do we have a clear heavenly mandate and blueprint for our lives and for anything corporate we are called to be involved with? Do we carry the mandate or blueprint in our hearts? Has everything associated with the mandate or blueprint been established in heaven first? Released, agreed and authorized? Has everything associated with the mandate or blueprint been administrated in heaven first? Has the sound been released? Do we have the strategy, laws and legislation necessary to outwork our mandates and blueprints on earth? Have angels been assigned to the mandate that we are connected with? Have a council of the cloud of witnesses been assigned? Do we have what we need to earth things out? I stand in who I am in the eternal now, free to see and know, free to be, do and go. l stand with my heart open and my spirit in resonant agreement with my eternal destiny and my mandate for today. I see the end from the beginning as I feel your heart, Father. As a priest and a king after the order of Melchizedek I stand as a representative of my family, ecclesia, town, region, nation and planet. As an oracle and legislator of your eternal purpose, I call the beginning and the end into alignment and into governmental order. l choose to walk the ancient path; resonating with the frequency of what is always now; to transform what is; and, as an oracle, to call forth what will be, as a full expression of the beginning, with its eternal purpose and destiny. As a legislator, I call forth the government of what was, to be released into what is, to bring order to what will be. I call for the agreement and alignment of the time and eternity of heaven and earth and the physical and spiritual. I call the order of Melchizedek into position to administrate heaven on the earth as sons. I call the order of Melchizedek to accept the call and responsibilities of their Father’s house. I walk back into what is, and I decree and declare that what was will be; and l walk it out, to create what will be. It is possible to dwell continually in multiple realms. Learn by practice to engage Wisdom on her heights. Learn to rule from your mountain to use heavenly legislation. Learn how to use the courts of heaven to make legislation. Learn to use the court to remove legal rights of the enemy. Engage the different thrones of heaven. Learn to use the court system within our spheres of authority and not beyond. Learn to engage angelic realm, court of angels etc. Learn to get scrolls with blueprints, mandates or legislation. Learn to administrate the kingdom from our mountains. There is a call from the heart of God to establish ecclesia with the blueprints to become cities of refuge.
Who will answer that call? Who will take responsibility as sons? Who will step out and be prepared to seek for those blueprints for their life, town, city, state or nation? We need to spend time learning to engage around the arc of God’s presence. Resonating with His will. Looking into the 4 faces of God. Stepping into the 4 faces of God. Walking back into the eternal now, in God’s heart in eternity.
There are steps like Jacob’s ladder leading up to heaven; start thinking about those steps and the open door. Hear the invitation to come up here. Let those steps form in your imagination and by faith walk up those steps to the door; step through the veil into the kingdom realm. Jesus is standing in the doorway. Present yourself to Jesus, your High Priest, as a living sacrifice. Let Him take you by the hand and lead you. You stand before the arc of His presence. You seek His will and purpose. Open your heart and let Him write and reveal your destiny, your mandate. Receive your mandate today. Yod Hei Vav Hei Focus on the 4 faces: lion, ox, eagle, man. Step into the 4 faces. Now step through the veil into the kingdom realm. Jesus is standing in the doorway. Present yourself to Jesus, your High Priest, as a living sacrifice. Ask Jesus to show you heaven’s government or introduce you to wisdom. Let Him take you by the hand and take you to Wisdom’s Heights, Courts, Thrones, Throne Room, the Holy of Holies.
