Let’s go on to perfection

Paul the Apostle said, “Let us go on to perfection.” (Hebrews 6:1) These foundations were designed to position us to move on into much greater things in God.

The word perfection in Hebrews 6:1 is an interesting word. The Greek word is teleiotes (G5051): a completer or finisher and teleios (G5046): to reach a full end. This word infers that a person reaches a full end, completing the reason for which they came into this world. The way to this is found in.

COLOSSIANS 3:14 And above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfectness.

Being conformed into the image of Jesus, who is love, completes our journey in this world. In order to have fellowship with Jesus and the invisible Spirit of light, WE MUST WALK IN THE LIGHT.

Let us not just settle for an understanding of truth; we need a continuing experience of truth. We continue to go where we have never gone before. God’s desire is to take His people into the deeper realms of reality in the spirit – for the church to go where it has not gone before.

There has never been a day like our day. This generation is being offered the opportunity to walk intimately with the Lord, a phenomena that has never occurred in the church’s history, with the exception of a select few; men such as Enoch and Elijah, who pioneered the way.

Let us go on, having entered into greater revelation and truth in the doctrine of Christ.
