Righteousness is an attribute of the lord and has a tremendous force of attraction on it.
All of heaven is attracted to the righteousness of God when it is active inside of us.
Math6: 31Therefore take no thought (to be anxious, troubled), saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need (to be in want of) of all these things. 33But (on the contrary) seek ye first (before all, first in time or place or order) the kingdom of God, and his righteousness (development of his attributes in our life)(the sphere of conformity to all that He is and does); and all these things shall be added unto you.
Righteousness and iniquity (unrighteousness) are spiritual forces that have a tremendous force of attraction on them.
Iniquity is the force that twists and perverts everything, separating it from the designs of God.
In the spirit realm when the righteousness of God is active inside us, we shine as a light and angels and provision are attracted to us.
When we are filled with the Spirit we radiate the glory of God that is inside of us. We literally shine in the spirit realm.
When we worship God together as a body in church with a whole heart, literally angels show up and sometimes some of the cloud of witnesses. We become a light house in the spirit realm.
If unrighteousness is active in us and we are in sin, we emit a dark light which evil spirits are attracted to. They can detect it miles away.
We are never alone and nothing is done in secret concerning the world of the spirit. Everyone on the other side of the veil knows when we are walking with God and when we are not.
The righteousness of God contains within itself a powerful force that continually judges iniquity; it overpowers it in order to align everything with God.
When we seek first his kingdom and righteousness the blessings of God overtake us, because it opens a door in heaven for us.
There is a force turned loose in us that draws everything that has to do with the kingdom of heaven, and all the blessings from above. It pulls towards us all spiritual and material riches. This is because righteousness is intimately tied to the glory of God; they go hand-in-hand, manifesting themselves simultaneously.
Psalm 97:6 – the heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.
Isaiah talks about this magnetic power and its manifestation in those who are established in the righteousness of God and have become a vessel of God’s glory.
Isaiah 60:1 – Arise, shine; for your light is come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. For behold, darkness will cover the earth and deep darkness the peoples; But the Lord will rise upon you and his glory will appear upon you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. Lift up your eyes roundabout and see; they all gather together, they come to you. Your sons will come from afar, and your daughters will be carried in the arms. Then you will see and be radiant, and your heart will thrill and rejoice; because the abundance of the sea will be turned to you, the wealth of the nations will come to you.
The blessings are drawn to the very place where the glory of God is seen. This glory can only manifest itself when righteousness has begun its transforming power in our lives.
The glory of God immerses us in everything God is; it is different from the anointing, that fills us with joy and love.
The glory is the consuming fire of God. The glory burns and destroys everything that separates us from God.
Entering into his fire is a necessary step in the ways of God, since without his glory and righteousness; we will never possess our inheritance found in his kingdom.
Psalm 97:1The LORD reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof. 2Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne. 3A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about. 4His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled. 5The hills melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth. 6The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.
It is important to understand that just as the love of God cannot stop loving, the righteousness of God cannot stop judging. What does righteousness judge? It judges iniquity.
This is where everything that has been perverted from the ways of God is judged. Whenever iniquity is found, we will continuously find God’s judgments manifested.
We continually come to the throne of grace to obtain mercy and grace. We hunger and thirst after His righteousness, because as we are filled with His righteousness, the more of His glory will be upon us.
As we possess the Lords wisdom the very thought of sin becomes foolishness, as we grow in the Lord we put away the childish things.
Now, just as righteousness and God’s glory exercise a magnetic power over everything pertaining to the kingdom of God, iniquity exercises that same power, but with the opposite results. Like a magnet, iniquity will draw everything that has to do with the kingdom in darkness and death towards us.
Iniquity is the legal basis used by the devil to release evil upon the human race. When we enter the courts of heaven, we plead guilty whether we think we are or not. Even if our heart does not condemn us, our ancestors, our generational line is guilty and it has been passed on to us.
We have no righteousness of ourselves, we need his righteousness accounted to us and worked into us.
The first thing we must understand is God loves us deeply and he is always thinking about what is best for his children. For this reason, he desires his glory and righteousness to be established in our lives, so that all of his blessings will come upon us, and we will live in abundance, peace and joy, delighting in our beloved heavenly father.
God acts through judgments of mercy upon those who fear him and seek His righteousness. He declares us not guilty because of the blood of Jesus, but our spirit has to absorb His righteousness so that it can be outworked in our soul and body.
It is such a blessing when God with his judgments straightens out all that is twisted, wrong or badly structured in our lives.
All the blessings, honor, and riches, do not come flooding from heaven towards us when our spirit is first enlightened, but in the measure that we are rooted and grounded in His righteousness.
