Behold, there is a faith that shall cause thee to look to the distant goals and hold steady and not desert the Word of the Lord. There is a faith that causeth thee to rest in the promises of the Lord in days of adversity. There is the faith that brings a great hope in thy heart for that which you cannot see.
But the Lord saith unto thine heart: There is also a faith that thou shalt take to walk in what the Lord has brought forth. For thou art not hoping for that which is unseen, but look about thee and behold that the Lord has positioned thee into the glorious day of His Kingdom.
He is not saying unto thee that the day is yet to come; but His is saying unto thee, Behold, the day hath come, and though there be adversity, though the adversaries be many, yet thou shalt take faith to walk on and possess everything that God has given thee.
Yea, it is a faith to do, it is a faith to become, it is a faith that thou shalt perform the will of the Lord. This is an hour that God brings forth not only the hopes that were distant, but He brings forth a present reality and ye shall rest in the promises of God and take them.
How easy it is to think: Yea, by and by I shall be blessed, by and by I shall have a walk with God. But faith shall discipline every precious day and say: This is the day which the Lord hath made and we will be glad and rejoice in it.
This is the faith, O house of God, This is the faith that doth not say, What a wonderful tomorrow; but this is the faith that makes today wonderful, because of the promise of God that resteth upon it, and where God has positioned thee in faith to believe.
