I am going to be talking about some very controversial subjects. You are powerful, you can choose to believe what you want. But keep your heart open to the truth. Become teachable, like a little child. Those who are deceived, do not realize that they are deceived, so keep your heart open and be willing to do the will of God.
John 7:17 If anyone wills to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is from God or whether I speak on My own authority.
1 Corinthians 13:12 For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.
Now while John the apostle was still alive, he wrote in his epistles about many antichrists that had already entered into the world. And Paul also wrote about how that the spirit of iniquity was already in the earth and already working.
The apostasy had already begun in their time. The falling away had to run its course. And we know that that in the time they were living the falling away had already begun, and probably by about the third century, there was little expressions of the apostolic church left. And it went deeper, deeper, deeper into the dark ages that lasted for a thousand years.
But now we are in the time of the restoration. And we’ve been coming out of the darkness close to another 500 years. We’ve been watching things slowly emerge again.
For the church had to go through the very thing that Jesus Himself went through. Death, burial, resurrection, then ascension and glorification.
We too find that the church was born only to be like something planted and die and then come forth in new resurrection life that it might fill all the earth in its glory and its wonder. And that’s what we’re in right now.
History proves that the falling away has already happened.
Paul wrote his epistle to the Thessalonians about what was going to happen in their lifetime, why would Paul write to them about something that would happen thousands of years later?
2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition.
We are now in the time of the restoration of all things. Proper foundations of the Word of God have to be laid in our lives, or else we will be deceived and be believing doctrines of devils, who are trying to stop the kingdom of God coming forth in our lives, and then spreading through us into all the world.
