THE SEED OF GOD
What happened when we were born again in the natural realm? The spirit of Christ was infused into our spirit, not our soul, but into our spirit. All that Jesus is, the whole spiritual DNA of the Lord was put into our spirit, by the seed of the Lord.
Our spirit preexisted in heaven but we choose to come to earth so that we could become a son of God. When our spirit came out of heaven we were just a spirit.
Now that our spirit has become alive unto God in the earth realm we have the potential to become a son of God, because his DNA was placed into our spirit when we are born-again.
The seed of God was implanted into our spirit. Now we got to understand this, it came in as a seed. The entire DNA of the Lord Jesus spiritually was placed into our spirit. And if that is allowed to come to maturity we will be just like the Lord Jesus, we will become a manifested son of God in the earth.
When we came from heaven we were not a son of God, we were just a spirit. When we are born again, we become a child of God by birth.
Luke 1: 34 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? 35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
The Holy Ghost shall come upon you. And the power of the highest shall overshadow you. Therefore also that holy child, which shall be born of thee, shall be called the son of God.
Overshadow is a Greek word which means to envelop in a haze of brilliance. That is literally what it means. They did not know how to translate that, they just said it overshadowed her. The Greek says a haze of brilliance overshadowed her.
This is the same word that is used for Peter’s shadow. A haze of brilliance overshadowed him. So when peter walked down the street and somebody walking past, who walked through that haze of brilliance, got healed.
The brilliance of the glory, overshadowed Mary and Jesus entered the womb. When we were born-again that is what happened.
When a person gets born again in the time realm, if you can see in the spirit, you would see a brilliant haze come over them. The seed of God entered them and there was a reaction, they were born-again by the Spirit of God.
This is what happened when we were born again, a seed entered. The DNA of the Lord was infused into our spirit and our spirit was joined to the Lord and our spirit leaped for joy within us.
Colossians 2:9 for in him dwelled the fullness of the Godhead bodily and you are complete in him. Whether we feel like it or not we are complete, it’s there in seed form.
1 Corinthians 1:30 of him are you in Christ Jesus who is made unto you wisdom, righteousness, sanctification and redemption, it is all there in our spirit. All of it has entered into our spirit. The seed of God was imparted into us.
1 peter 1:23 tells us we were born again not of a corruptible seed but of an incorruptible seed, by the word of God which liveth and abideth for ever.
That word seed in the Greek is sperma. Or the English word sperm, born again of an incorruptible sperm. Now in the natural sperm contains the entire DNA, So also in the spiritual.
Now if we can learn how to let that DNA develop in us, we are going to mature very quickly.
