Quicken means that we are always empowered to respond to his voice immediately. He can change things in us super-fast. The eyes of the Lord move to and fro throughout the earth to show himself strong on behalf of people who belong to him-2 chronicles 16: 9.
Ask the Lord to quicken you in the spirit. Ask him for his relaxation. Listen to what he says and get ready to run!
