We Are Cared for in Christ

We have come into all these vast riches of grace through believing on Jesus and confessing His lordship over us.

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. (Psalm 23:1–3)

Jesus is your Lord; you shall not want.
He is your caretaker, your own love Lord.

And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)

My God shall supply all of your needs. This means every need—body, soul, and spirit.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ. (Ephesians 1:3)

He has blessed you with every spiritual blessing in Christ.
All is yours. All has been given you.
Just thank Him for what you need.

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 NIV)

If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. (John 14:23)

Jesus and the Father will come and live with you, make your home theirs.

Therefore do not worry, saying, “What shall we eat?” or “What shall we drink?” or “What shall we wear?” For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. (Matthew 6:31–33)

Your Heavenly Father knows all of your needs and He will give them to you. Therefore, do not be anxious.

If you can learn to put Him first, to trust His Word absolutely, there will come into your heart a new sense of protection and care.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. (Proverbs 3:5–6)

The way to have His care and protection is on this road of trust.
No other way makes an appeal to Him.

Your reasoning and arguments only lead to confusion.

Rest quietly in His love. Trust Him utterly in everything, and you will know what it means when He says, “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You” (Isaiah 26:3).

Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full. (John 16:24)

Here you have the privilege of joining forces with Him, and carrying out His will on the earth.

You can really be a child of God in your daily life.
