We first must be born from above

Before I teach you how to be filled with the Spirit, I have to teach you the difference between being born from above and being filled with the Spirit.

There are three main feasts of the Lord we must experience to come into the fullness of Christ. 1-Passover-being born from above. 2- Pentecost- being filled with the Spirit. And 3-tabernacles which is a face-to-face relationship with God where we live in dual realms heaven and earth.

When Jesus was raised from the dead he appeared to his disciples and breathed into them the Holy Spirit, where their spirit was born again. Then he told them to wait until the day of Pentecost where they were first filled with the Spirit, with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

John 20: 21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. 22 And when he had said this, he breathed ( two words in the Greek 1-in 2- breathe), and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost.

When we are born from above the Holy Spirit overshadows us like he did Mary and Jesus was conceived in her womb. The same happens to us and the seed of the Living Word is conceived in our spirit. This is a climatic experience, and you can see a change in a persons eyes, but they have to be willing to open their heart to God by being willing to surrender every area of their life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ so that His spirit can enter their spirit and the DNA of God can be implanted in their spirit so that Jesus can be formed in them.

Being born of the Spirit is receiving the nature of God, being baptized or filled with the Spirit is receiving the abilities of God. On the day of Pentecost they were baptized in the Spirit but were already born from above, before Jesus ascended into heaven to sit down at the right hand of the Father and diversify himself by pouring out His Spirit.

John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh (human nature, natural descendant) is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7Marvel (to wonder, be struck with admiration or astonishment) not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again8The wind bloweth (the Spirit moves) where it listeth (desires), and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Must mean’s that it is absolutely necessary, unless we are born again, we cannot see or enter into the kingdom of God.

The word again-means from above, from a higher place, from heaven, it also means a second time.

From above-refers to the invisible realm where the kingdom of God is. It is a step above the natural realm; it is the spiritual realm of the kingdom. We cannot see it unless God opens our eyes to it. We must have spiritual eyes to see it.

It is necessary that we be born from above, or a second time! When we were born the first time, we received human life from our parents. The seed of our human father impregnated the egg of our human mother, and we were conceived in the womb of our natural mother. About nine months later we were born into another realm, as we came out of our mother’s womb and took our first breath of air. We were born a human being. We were born a baby, and we began to grow and become aware of our earthly existence. We began to SEE and HEAR in the earthly realm. We were totally HELPLESS and POWERLESS and TOTALLY DEPENDANT upon our earthly parents. That which is born of flesh is flesh.

That which is born of Spirit is spirit. We must be born a second time; we must be born of God. When we were born the first time, we received a natural human life from our human parents. When we are born the second time, we receive a heavenly life from our Heavenly Father! We receive a DIVINE NATURE.  We are born a baby, and we begin to grow and become aware of our heavenly existence, we begin to become aware of God.

We begin to SEE and HEAR in the SPIRIT REALM. We are totally HELPLESS and POWERLESS and TOTALLY DEPENDANT upon the Spirit of God. That which is born of the SPIRIT IS SPIRIT.
