You were only ever alienated in your mind-the false self-God never knew

Here is the truth few ever slow down long enough to see:

You were never separated from God.

You only thought you were.

That’s what Colossians says plainly:

> “You were alienated and enemies in your mind…”

Not in your spirit.

Not in your essence.

Not in your origin.

Not in God.

In your mind.

The separation you believed in was the separation you experienced — because as a man thinks, so is he. The illusion became your reality, and religion came along and reinforced the illusion until it felt like truth.

But God never joined you in that illusion.

THE FALSE SELF GOD NEVER HOLDS AGAINST YOU

Let’s go deeper.

Remember Sarah?

She laughed in God’s face — literally.

Mocked the word.

Didn’t believe the promise.

Yet Hebrews places her in the Hall of Fame of Faith.

Why?

Because God did not remember the identity she acted from when she laughed.

He didn’t record her behavior from the fractured, fear-based self she wasn’t.

He remembered her true identity.

He remembered the spirit, not the mind.

The truth, not the trauma.

The eternal you, not the temporary delusion.

This is why Scripture tells you:

> “God is married to the backslider.”

If God is married to them, how can they be separated?

You cannot be separated from the One who never left.

Your mind left.

Your mind fell asleep.

Your mind believed the lie.

But God didn’t.

WHY GOD DOESN’T JUDGE YOUR CARNAL MIND

Here’s the psychology and the gospel woven together:

The carnal mind — the separated, fragmented, survival-based identity — is:

Not subject to the law of God

Nor indeed can it be

So here’s the devastatingly obvious truth:

How could God judge you for failing to follow a law your fallen mind is literally incapable of keeping?

He wouldn’t.

He couldn’t.

He never has.

That’s why Jesus came not to fix a behavior problem but to heal a perception problem.

The “sin of the world” wasn’t moral failure.

It was separation consciousness.

Jesus took the collective illusion into himself and dissolved it through perfect love.

ETERNITY IS IN YOUR HEART — NOT IN THE FUTURE

Scripture says:

> “Eternity has been set in every man’s heart.”

So Christianity asking you to “invite Jesus into your heart” is the height of irony.

You’re not asking Him IN.

You are awakening to the One who never left.

You didn’t “receive” a Spirit you didn’t have.

You became aware of the Spirit you always had.

Union was your origin.

Union is your essence.

Union is your eternal now.

Two people can be in the same moment and live in two completely different realities.

One in torment.

One in peace.

One in hell.

One in heaven.

Not later.

Now.

That’s why Proverbs says:

> “The way of the wise is upward,

So, he may depart from hell beneath.”

The way “upward” is not a ladder — it is awareness, wisdom, union.

People defend eternal conscious torment because something in them still believes in punishment.

They haven’t forgiven themselves.

They haven’t forgiven others.

They can’t imagine a God more loving than their own unhealed heart.

THE TRUTH THAT SETS YOU FREE IS UNION

When Jesus said:

> “You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free,”

He wasn’t talking about Bible study.

He was talking about union.

The truth is not a doctrine.

The truth is not a theology.

The truth is not a belief system.

The Truth is the Christ within you —the unbroken Self that was never separated.

You don’t awaken to God.

You awaken as the image God breathed into you spirit from the beginning.

“You were never lost from Me —only from your own remembering.

Let the false self-fall away, -for I have never known it.

Return to the One who has always loved you and find that union was your home before the world taught you otherwise.”
