What We Are in Christ

Romans 3 24 being justified (vital redemption- freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.

Justified (dikaióō) it means to bring out the fact that a person is righteous.

Our redemption is in Christ. No one can rob us of it.
It was God’s own work. YHVH is satisfied with it.

Ephesians 1: In Him we have (vital redemption) redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.

Forgiveness (aphesis) to cause to stand away, to release one’s sins from the sinner. Forgiveness means deliverance, to send the power and force of sin away from you.

It is according to “the riches of His grace.”

Not a beggarly redemption-Lord please forgive me, barely redeemed, but a vast, But a legal, all-inclusive redemption.

Colossians 1: 13 He has delivered (legal redemption) us from the authority of darkness and translated(legal redemption) us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14 in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.

YHVH translated us out of Satan’s dominion into His own love kingdom.

In this translation, He made us sons.

For you were bought at a price. (1 Corinthians 6: 20 For you were bought at a price; therefore, glorify( legal redemption- a commandment) God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.

We were legally bought through the prize Jesus paid on the cross, our will is centered in our soul, so through our will, we maintain a right spirit, and through the in infilling of the Spirit we can bring our body under subjection.

1 Corinthians 9:27 But I discipline my body and bring (continuous action) it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.

Discipline (hypōpiazō) To strike under the eyes, beat the face black and blue, give a black eye. Paul beat his body and brought it under subjection to the Lord ship of Christ, for the body in not our own, Jesus bought it with an enormous price. Therefore, he glorified God with his body.

Disqualified (adokimos) not standing the test, rejected. This does not mean losing your salvation, but your reward. If you want to rule and reign with Jesus Christ, you must make your body obey you and not give in to the lusts of the flesh. You glorify God with your body.

There are different levels in the kingdom, you have the friends of the bridegroom, whom the Lord reveals mysteries to. You have female attendants of the bride, who serve her and are given responsibilities, but not everyone is the wife of Jesus who rules over the kingdom with him.

The kind of life you live here on earth determines your position in the government of the Kingdom, these are rewards, it has nothing to do with whether you go to heaven or hades when you die.

Everyone goes through the fire, either the judgement seat of Christ or the consuming fire of God’s love in hades. It would take too much time to teach on this subject of the afterlife and they are controversial.

I am laying a foundation of the legal and vital aspects of your redemption, so that you can appropriate the provision of Jesus Christ, and live a life worthy of the Lord here on earth and help change planet earth.

1 Peter 1: 18 knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.

Redeemed with the blood of the lamb. Redeemed from Satan’s dominion.

Redeemed from the claims of justice. The price was paid for justice.

1 Corinthians 7: 23 You were bought at a price; do not become slaves of men.

Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.

Stand fast in your liberty.
God set you free. You are free.

Satan has no claim on you. Justice has no claim on you. Neither Satan nor justice can hold you.

You are a new creation, a child of God.

You have been redeemed from the hand of your enemy.
You are to take this fact seriously. You are to order your life accordingly.

For sin shall not have dominion over you. (Romans 6:14)

Satan was defeated by the Master. That defeat stripped him of his ability to take you captive again, without your cooperation.
You see, there are two sides to redemption.

One is Jesus paying the price of your redemption, satisfying the claims of justice.

And the other side is Jesus defeating your enemy and breaking his dominion.

Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it. (Colossians 2:15)

Here we have a picture of Jesus  disarming the enemy breaking their dominion, and rising from the dead.

Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil. (Hebrews 2:14)
